Yes, it is. Those events do not occur at the second coming. The GWTJ is not held on Earth nor Heaven but a place away from them which means Jesus will "come" there with his angels to be at that judgment which means he would have a coming to that location. It is not the second coming because that would ahve already happened plus the SC is only from heaven to the Earth as was rthe same with the first coming. Coming to a different place would be it's own unique coming unrelated to the other well know two comings.
No, they are not sentenced at that time. The rule over the nations has to happen after the events of Rev 19 according to the Greek language/verb tense used.
Matthew 25 and the GWT judgment are one and the same event.
And this happens on the Last Day
Christ comes and judges the world in righteousness, according to the gospel.
The WORD discovers our condition, HE is the judge. The WORD is Christ, He is the WORD of the FATHER
31
“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the [c]holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides
his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
2 Timothy 4
I charge you [a]therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead [b]at His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season
and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires,
because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn
their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
Acts 17
30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31
because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.”
32 And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked, while others said, “We will hear you again on this
matter.” 33 So Paul departed from among them. 34 However, some men joined him and believed, among them Dionysius the Areopagite, a woman named Damaris, and others with them.
Romans 2
5
But in accordance with your hardness and your [a]impenitent heart you are [b]treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds”: 7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; 8 but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the [
c]Greek; 10 but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.
Rev 20
The Great White Throne Judgment
11
Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before [c]God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second [
d]death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And yes the world and heaven flee away at the judgment. The focus of all things is now the Day of judgement.
And this happens on the Last Day at the return of Christ.
The resurrection of all and then the judgement, are tied together on the same Last Day by the WORD of the FATHER, the Christ of God.
Just as Jesus says right here
Honor the Father and the Son
16 For this reason the Jews persecuted Jesus, [
d]and sought to kill Him, because He had done these things on the Sabbath. 17 But Jesus answered them, “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”
18 Therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill Him, because He not only broke the Sabbath, but also said that God was His Father, making Himself equal with God. 19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. 20 For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel. 21 For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to
them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will. 22
For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, 23 that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
Life and Judgment Are Through the Son
24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. 25 Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself, 27
and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.
28
Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice 29 and come forth—those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. 30 I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.
The WORD discovers our condition, HE is the judge. The WORD is Christ, He is the WORD of the FATHER
John 12
42 Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess
Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
44 Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. 45 And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. 46 I have come
as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. 47 And if anyone hears My words and does not [
g]believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48
He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on My own
authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. 50 And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”
