The Born again get their NEW BODY during the "Rapture">, and Paul teaches this as.... we will "ALL BE CHANGED"., as that is when we get the New Body.

Without your new body, how do you claim to be sinless?

A sinner has their sin until Jesus's death is sacrificed for their sin, on The Cross.
This happens instantly, when the sinner places their FAITH in Christ.
And now they are become.. "made free from sin".....eternally Forgiven.

If your body never had Sin…. What was the need for forgiveness?

Your body does not choose sin.
YOU do.... and this produces separation from God.
So, God is reaching out with the Sacririce of Jesus to save YOU.......(not your body).,.. as your body "is dead because of sin".
It will be replaced.

If your body had sin, and you are alive in that same body… how do you say “you are sinless”?

Your body is not your spirit.
Its your spirit that God redeems and causes to become born again, after your are forgiven all sin.

You are right about human nature, but for other religions, your view may be arrogant, God is the truth of the way, If the word taught by other religions is consistent with part of God's word, do you think it leads people to God?

It's just another way of saying, my righteousness, or mine righteousness, or own righteousness, or thy righteousness etc.

The scriptures does speak of being without fault, blameless, without spot, without wrinkle or blemish or any such thing. To be holy as he is to be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect, without guile in the same ways. Speaks of these things in various ways between Jesus Christ and his glorious Church.
