I thought this would be a good topic for survivors to prayerfully consider... the importance of boundaries, tactics the cult uses to keep tabs, learning our cues and who our handlers/programmers are, etc. It all hinges on closing doors and setting strict boundaries, and a desire to know the truth no matter how difficult it is to look at.

When I first began my journey back in 2005, I started getting indications of family involvement. And then in about 2006, I woke up early one morning with the cordless phone on my bed, and then I remembered (as if it was a "dream") one of my littles in the floor of the bathroom during the night, on the phone with my mother and a younger cousin. So by this, I became aware that I had littles reporting.

So I took drastic steps. I changed phone numbers. And I kept my phone line tied up with the dialup internet ...and praise and worship playing nearly 24/7. I taught my children to not answer the phone, ever. (That worked somewhat.) And I told my children it was always okay to ask me who I was talking to if they saw me on the phone.

Then, I purchased a calling card and would only call my mother about once every 2 to 4 months (or longer) via a payphone so she couldn't track my new number. (Over the following years, I extended those calls out to over a year, or two. And my number changed several times.)

Then, things began to be more apparent as to who (in my "regular life") was involved. A Mormon aunt emailed me out of nowhere. In the subject line, it just said "RE: ___" no indication of a subject except that it looked like a reply. So I opened the email and the whole body was blank. Now, I knew this was highly suspect, and didn't respond. Instead, I told my counselor about it and I took measures to block my aunt and keep parts from replying. At that point, littles began to panic like crazy.

During a counseling session, one of my littles came forward to talk and my counselor asked why she was upset ...she wanted to contact our aunt. (This little one was named "Kimmie."). My counselor asked why....Kimmie eeked out the word, "mess-age." My counselor asked, "What message?" At that point, Kimmie went into a panic and began to repeat, "K.ll-me! K.ll-me! K ll-me!"

Wow, that was a breakthrough that helped me understand that the name given to alters can double as either a callback, or a s*ic*de command if they do not contact. And even the blank email was a message.

So we prayed with this little one to come to Jesus and be healed. It was a major breakthrough to find out who was connected once we began to create boundaries. Even my church (pastor, leaders, etc) began to show their true colors, threats, gaslighting, etc.

All that to say ....shutting doors is good and healthy. Go no contact and wait for them to reveal themselves! You are worth it. Pray for them ....maybe your no-contact will shake things up for them and lead to some of them gaining freedom as well.

Although it was extremely difficult to close contact and create boundaries, especially with my mom ...my children were my motivation to take drastic measures. I wanted to close as many doors as quickly as possible for their sakes, and knowing God would use my experiences to help other survivors. (Which is His plan for us all ....."Such as I have, I give ...in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth." )

I learned some hard realities early on ...as a German-speaking alter began to tell me things about my husband, and then pulled me forward with her during an attempted accessing by my husband. And another alter revealed to me a specific cue my husband used to cue her.

I learned that my father had a double and that he was one of my handlers, and also a handler over my husband ...as well as a former pastor. These were not my only handlers, of course ...my Mormon aunt and uncle ...other aunts ...but the ladder has many rungs and so there are many, many handlers.

About the use of phones....

This was back around 2007/2008. One day, I needed to use the phone to make a call and my phone line was dead. This was before we used cellphones. I had to drive down the road to use a payphone to call the phone company and see if they could figure out what was wrong.

They tested my phone line and said there was nothing wrong with my line, which was puzzling. So I went back home, and the phone line was still down. But my middle daughter told me that the phone rang while I was gone. She picked it up and this is what she explained that she heard.... "Tap, tap, tap.... (words in fast-forward) ....delete this message when you're done ....tap, tap, tap."

Wow! The kids weren't supposed to answer the phone, but I was grateful for this piece of information and that my daughter remembered what she heard.


This is another example of how phones are used to cue, report, give messages, etc. The command to "delete" I believe was to be done by an alter inside who was supposed to hear the message. The "delete" was so that the front part wouldn't recall the phone call or its message. Or ...maybe the front person would only hear "dead air" while the intended alter would hear the message. It can happen both ways. (Like the "empty" email from my aunt ...Kimmie was the intended recipient.)

Thank you for this. Its a good reminder of all the things that can happen while being totally unaware. And even if we think everything is fine, it might not be. So It just brings back to the reality of things and that we rely on God to reveal those things and to continue on the healing journey

I am doing exactly what God has called me to do. I WILL overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony ...even unto death. I WILL defend the broken. I WILL expose evil. I WILL NOT be intimidated by someone wearing a "Christian " cloak sent by the enemy to come against what GOD has called me to do.

Thank you for this. Its a good reminder of all the things that can happen while being totally unaware. And even if we think everything is fine, it might not be. So It just brings back to the reality of things and that we rely on God to reveal those things and to continue on the healing journey

Praise GOD! We live with a balance of knowing the dangers that exist, and knowing that God is able to help us maneuver through all the pitfalls. He is faithful to finish the work He has begun in us.
