Exactly, brother. This isn't a Republican-Democrat issue. But as you can see, 99% of the people fall for it and get all up in arms against each other ...which Trump and his buddies ("left" and "right") are holding our nation hostage, creating crises, withholding benefits, eating at kinds' tables while babies, disabled people, and the poor go without. I know there is abuse of the system ...but over 70% of those suffering from withholding SNAP are children, elderly, and disabled people. Those are the statistics I've seen. So they take food out of the mouths of the needy ...while sending BILLIONS to fund genocides, and unnecessary wars and God know what other evils (including transporting/trafficking) children to elites around the world.

Oh, they're having a blast, laughing it up, building Trump's ballroom ...and all the evil mess they have always done (satanic rituals). I know, bc I was brought there (trafficked) and saw many others trafficked ...to the WH. They haven't changed.

Democrats have decided to enter their fight era.

As they try to refurbish their reputation and lagging poll numbers, party leaders have decided that causing a government shutdown is the way to go.

Good luck with that.

When I look at what is happening, I measure it by Scripture, not politics. The Bible shows over and over that when leaders refuse wisdom and choose pride, the people suffer. “When the wicked rule, the people mourn” ~Proverbs 29:2. A shutdown driven by stubbornness and selfish ambition is not wisdom. It is the fruit of hearts that are not seeking righteousness.

Scripture calls this behavior what it is. James says, “Where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work” ~James 3:16. When leaders stir conflict to gain advantage, it produces chaos instead of peace. That is exactly what we are seeing. They are gambling with the stability of the nation to score political points.

At the same time, God is not surprised by any of this. He is the One who “removes kings and sets up kings” ~Daniel 2:21. He uses the decisions of leaders, even foolish ones, to accomplish His purposes. What looks like political strategy is often God exposing the heart of those in authority.

Scripture also warns about the hypocrisy we are watching. Jesus rebuked people who judged others by standards they refused to apply to themselves ~Matthew 23:28. That mirrors the double talk we see now. Shutdowns were called destructive when Republicans resisted bad policies, yet suddenly they are noble when Democrats want leverage.

So I respond with this simple truth. We hold leaders accountable, we stand for what is right, and we test everything by the Word. But we do not panic. God’s purposes stand, even in political turmoil. “There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord” ~Proverbs 21:30.
