JESUS is the Kingdom of GOD and when HE rose from the dead, His Kingdom of Eternal Life was GUARANTEED for every man woman and child whom the FATHER brings to CHRIST.
Thus the Kingdom of GOD was witnessed by some of those standing, to whom HE was speaking to.

1 Thess 4:13-18 - has NOT yet happened and will not happen until all whom the FATHER gives to CHRIST is Completed = GOSPEL

All GOOD - just remember the scripture says "some/many" but not all and those who God did resurrect was to fulfill a prophecy that was/is NOT about the Last Day Resurrection.
