Iryna's Autopsy Released

Three sharp-force injuries were documented in the autopsy.

The fatal neck wound, located just right of the midline above the collarbone, penetrated downward from right to left. The track passed through neck tissue, damaged the thyroid gland and severed the carotid artery before penetrating into the left chest cavity.

A second, superficial stab wound to the upper right chest injured only soft tissue.

A third wound below the left kneecap penetrated approximately 1.5 inches into soft tissue and impacted the bone.

The autopsy revealed that Iryna Zarutska's fatal neck wound caused her death in an August stabbing on Charlotte's LYNX Blue Line.

The Bible teaches that, "the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground." And I can hear Iryna's blood crying unto God... "Why did that man do that to me? Why didn't anyone help me? Why did the system let him go free?"

I saw the video of her stabbing and it was fast and vicious.

And no one lifted a finger against her murderer.
Even when he strode through the train car,her blood dripping from the knife still in his hand,no one stopped him.

Even as he bent at the waist,pulling his hoodie over his head so to make him vulnerable and the knife obscured therein reducing the risk,no one stopped him.

Confronting him would be asking to be stabbed as well. He didn't go on a killing spree, so heroics would not be advisable. Let the police deal with catching criminals, like he was caught later.

Those people on her same train didn't know he wouldn't attack them too. He attacked Iryna for no reason.

When he bent at the waist and obscured his upper body and the knife with the hoodie he was taking off,that's the perfect opportunity to defend fellow passengers.

Because,he could have been taking the hoodie off so to have a more free movement to continue killing people.

Sitting there watching a madman knifing a young girl to death and doing nothing to stop it is unimaginable to me.

If he would have continued his murderous rampage, according to you,people should have found nothing to stop him. Just wait,pray,call police to come help them.

Or,if someone is lucky enough,pull the cord to alert an emergency. However,people didn't even do that at the time he was slaughtering Iryna.
