A matter Christ wanted me to discuss with you all is an important matter of the vulnerable less fortunate of society as it relates to news agencies and their reports presented openly.
Vulnerable is anyone that can be exploited against their basic human rights.
Constitutional rights are just that, they are basic human rights together with citizen privileges afforded by our countries, governing, law enforcing, peace keeping and humanitarian agencies and under the protection from criminals foreign and domestic, natural disasters, illness, injuries, disabilities, etc.
News agencies have taken efforts to report mental illnesses of individuals that are suspected of committing crimes, whether proven guilty in a court of law or not.
Normally that would be a gross violation of their right to privacy. News agencies have certain rights to freedom of the press. While citizens also have freedom of speech. Both of those rights are governed by laws prohibitting them from using those freedoms in a way that infringes against basic human rights. Such as the protection of medical privacies, including mental illnesses.
An illness can be a vulnerability a human has. Mental health, disabilities can be a vulnerability.
Childhood and elder age are also vulnerabilities we as Christians do not want exploited, and neither do law enforcement agencies. Parents and others have a responsibility to safeguard their families and most do. Some get unto trouble legally for not protecting youth, elderly, disabled, including the ill and injured.
Laws should be made to enforce that vulnerabilities are not exposed in news reports or made public in other ways. I don't know how many news reporters are aware of such things, as some are new, but news agencies and their managements should be, or made aware to avoid exposing disabilities which might lead to exploitation.
It seems the basic behavior of the sick criminals to exploit vulnerabilities in any way they can. Take for instance playing anyone for "the fool" and hustling goods and things from them with wisdom of evil learned from that old serpent. A common saddistic behavior is exploitating intentionally vulnerabilities they find out about.
Exposing personal information of self or others is also unwise.
I myself have suffered much because of others doing that to me.
