GOD is sovereign. CHRISTIANITY and the world is exactly where it supposed to be. Because God's plan is perfect!
God has woven the fabric of history, allowing for evil and all our blunders, traditons, misguided values along with His Grace, goodness, truth, love, mercy. forgiveness and joy.
Christmas fundamentally is a joyous time of year. Families get together, give, share, love and feast.
That said, "The original Saint Nicholas was a 4th-century Greek Christian bishop from Myra (modern-day Turkey), known for his incredible generosity, piety, and miracles, especially helping the poor, children, and sailors, ultimately becoming the inspiration for the Santa Claus legend."
His spirit of giving was a manifestation of God's mercy, love and giving. It spread. Santa is just a symbol of giving gifts. Like the Magi gave gifts to Jesus, Santa plays the role symbolically of the Magi and gives gifts miraculously to everyone, though in reality people do the giving. The illusion that Santa gives to everyone is a child's miracle hoped for. But underneath that lies the miracle in Jesus, who actually does give to everyone.
The tradition went off, evolved, adding lights, a tree, decorations. No harm no foul. It is a wonderful time of the year, a joyful time, when people put aside war, grievances and pause to reflect the Birth of Christ, our Savior ( whenever He was born - we don't know).
People that seek to destroy this holiday are missing the true love that lies beneath, although it's shrouded by commercialism, we get it and enjoy it - they don't. They have a spirit of another kind, suppressing, rejecting, distorting the holiday. The music that has been writen, celebrating this time is brilliant, creative, joyous and beautiful. How can anyone place it in the realm of something pagan and evil?
The point is, God knew when He inspired the Bishop of Myra to give, where it was going and where it is now.

Or you could wear a tee shirt with a slogan like:- 'Jesus is the reason for the season'

or say ' Happy Jesus's birthday '

There are many ways to make a stir at Christmas and Easter, its just how one goes about it.

You are correct it's all about Santa as you said.
I do not idolise Santa.
I am not against Santa, but it's a disgrace the way it's Idolised.

That's why I say Happy Santa to people who are not worthy.

The meaning of the so-associated holiday and Name is entirely inappropriate and only serves to distract from the truth and the intended purpose.

Thus this holiday is the very same mockery as the nation which so uplifts it, shaming the God of its blessing by incessantly extolling the detestable as something of value.

This will be corrected, and gentler is the correction sought than the one brought.

And Saint Nicholas's country of Turkey states 99% of the population is Muslim, a figure often cited in official reports. So little fruit of Christianity outside his own home country!
