I have gone 100 + days without having any problems. Feeling great, but now it's back bothering me. Just when I was hopeful and doing so good. Such a set back. I'm taking and added medication to see if it helps me any. I thought I was done with this. I don't understand it. Why it started happening and how it is now. Last time it took 3 yrs to go away. Then it was 12 years later afyer doing great i started up again. I thought it was cured. I was doing great. Now 100+ of doing great it hit like a brick. Hopefully this medicine works. Me and my psychtrist was so happy and now this.

You are absolutely NOT a burden @Kayla McCanny
I have been exactly where you are now. It is a horrible existence for sure sister. It is also extremely difficult to fight this alone, I get it. Sometimes we seem to be hanging on by a thread so, remember that:

"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ"
Philippians 1:6

Try to get yourself to get in the shower each day, even if you stay in. Also, if you can find your niche in volunteering with a nice group of people, you will be fulfilled.

I pray right now for The Lord to bring a purpose and a reason for you to get up each morning. Just do not give up, no matter how tempting it might be! I had a 4 year reprieve when I was lead to an awesome pantry/soup kitchen/community center. I made friends and had a purpose, it was a very good time in my life. You are in the valley right now but, keep your focus on Christ and not on the enemy's whispers, and you will reach the peaks.

You will be in my ongoing prayers sister.

In Christs love,
Nancy

I've been out of church for 7 months
The last 3 churches I attended (not for long) were Jesus light and way too liberal, the last one especially as they thought Judas was eventually saved (he was not). He was called the "son of perdition" In John 17.
They also took the side of the Palestinians over the Jews. And they were all inclusive, despite many still openly in sin. It seems there is not a church that I know of where I now live (Moved to NC from NY in mid August of 2025)
It is hard not knowing many where I live and even harder with no church family...like yourself, this is the largest outlet I have (this site).
Plus, it is really hard for me to walk into a church alone, and knowing nobody.
The Lord is everywhere and I doubt He would want us to just "go along to get along" placing truth over unity. I will always place truth over unity.

Hang on sister, you can feel free to in-box me if you wish to keep some things private!

In Christ,
Nancy

Thanks. Wow that's terrible. that's not a church. Thankfully I have a good church, but there is noone my age. Kids, young kids, elderly. I miss them. It took awhile to find a good one. When our church became a concert and club. The Pastor took church money illegally so he moved to this church. The church I go to is spot on.♡♡♡♡

One of their leaders does nothing, but take self pics all day long and complains her job is so hard while she plays on her phone drinking coffee. I'm glad I left that church.

Yes, good that you left. The world has infiltrated the church more and more as time passes. I want nothing to do with it. Not to say there are no good scripture teaching, Spirit led churches, just far and few between nowadays. I'm hoping to find a good bible study/prayer group one day...at least it would be gathering with the brethren in person! Not so easy to find though.

I understand your situation.

Try googling Evangelical churches and read their Mission Statements. You can then find out if they are Bible believing.

I have a good church. I'm just not mentally stable enough to go back so soon. These attacks come and go. I've been good for 2 weeks, but it started and it was bedtime so I slept it off. I don't accept this as my new normal no matter how struggle. I read Job 2:32. He shall deliver me because I call on him. I'm hooked on thar promise. I hang by a thread to it. It's just to as when

Sometimes a prescription can backfire when it is a script for moods.

Consider checking on the prescription(s) you are taking.

This is a link to the Physicians Desk Reference. It lists prescription drugs and everything you need to learn about what you're taking.

Praying for you.
