- ...from the face of the serpent.: This will have to wait for a future post.
Some of the symbolism of the Serpent was discussed in a previous thread:
They both existed in the Garden of Eden at the same time.

Here is a brief list of what the Serpent symbolizes:
- Mountain
- Male Reproductive Organ
- Male Seed
- Corrupt Genealogy/Genetics
- Devil/Satan
Given the context of Revelation 12, it is clear that the Serpent is symbolic of the male organ and seed. The entire chapter is about genetics, reproduction, conception, etc. with the idea of protecting the bloodline and lineage that would ultimately lead to the birth of the Messiah. Many wars are fought to protect the Woman, i.e., Her Seed, from being corrupted.
Therefore, the 'face' of the Serpent is the antithesis of Mount Zion:

The 144,000 are symbolic of the 'flood' of Godly Seed that will follow the lead sperm, aka... Abraham's Seed and 'flow' into the 'gates' of womb of Sarah/New Jerusalem:
Revelation 14:1 - And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
The 'flood' continues:
Hebrews 12:22 - But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
Becoming Born Again is a literal process that God is trying to show you
so that you can be trained and ready to take care of the Kingdom of God. Why are Christians still acting like dunces in the classroom and mocking or ignoring this vital part of their education?
Words like 'rock' and 'stone' are euphemisms for male seed and the 'bottom of the mountain':
Romans 9:33 - As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
1 Peter 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

Yeah, that's what is being referred to in this verse:
Jonah 2:6 - I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.
God was reminding Jonah of how he was conceived. He was 'vomited out' of eshek and into the womb of the Earth Mother. Get it?
Jonah 2:10 - And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.
It's time to grow up and realize what God has been trying to show you your entire life. Can you handle it, or are you going to stay on the baby's milk and believe the fairy tale that Revelation 12 is some 'future event'?
Once all of the symbolism is understood, the natural conclusion is that the 'face of the Serpent' is the 'top of the mountain', the 'exit point' of the phallus in which male seed, the 'flood of ungodly men', is 'vomited out' onto dry land:
Revelation 12:15 - And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
You should know all of this. What does male seed do? It goes after the woman. It goes after Her Seed. Once fertilized, the Zygote is carried away...

The seed of the Serpent, the 'flood of ungodly men', must not be allowed to fertilize the Tabernacle Ovum of Sarah and all of the other moms that carry Her Seed.
Her Seed is reserved for God to fertilize:
Matthew 1:20 - But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
