People don't seem to care about innocent people getting killed. It's like "ah so what as long as it's not me". It's an appalling and heartless mentality. If you can't afford a lawyer and your innocent then bad luck to you, your getting executed. Geez that's just terrible that people are happy to allow that

Jsils are there to protect society from criminals. That's sufficient enough. Killing someone for murder is just hypocritical, shameful and barbaric to say the least. Its just there to satisfy ones thirst for vengeance, one's evil drive for revenge. And if 1 innocent gets killed out of 100 criminals then justice has failed

I suggest for all to open again the bible and to learn for themselves what many now twist unto their own destruction .

There are advocate teams who expressly work without charge on cases the accused claims innocence. And pro-bono attorneys and law books in the law libraries and government book stores.

Right is right…Wrong is wrong…Can do and should not do, even a toddler can comprehend.

Any involvement in a crime is punishable.

Ok but the justice system isn't perfect, it often gets things wrong. And if you can't afford 100k on a defence barrister but your innocent then it's just bad luck for you then. The justice system is corrupt it favours money

Why is it that we even need a lawyer to interact with the Judicial branch? We can interact with the Legislative and Executive branch without paying for a lawyer. We see TV court cases all the time resolved without a lawyer and resolved quickly all time. Why is that? I see that as a fundamental corruption of the justice system by the attorney guild

Imprisoning criminals keeps society safe and thats the main objective. But some people just have a thirst for blood lust and are happy to see people get executed wheater they're guilty or not, they have no empathy and are only interested in vengance.
Also putting someone in jail gives them the chance to repent and turn to Christ to be saved. Everyone deserves a second chance, just look at Paul.
God has the righteous courtroom. Our courtrooms are prone to error and corruption and should not have the power to take someone's life, that's for God.

Yes and imprisonment is sufficient. It keeps society safe and thats what matters.
It gives the criminal a chance to repent and turn to Christ.
And avoids the terror of possibly executing an innocent person because of error or corruption or simply because they can't afford a barrister which you don't seem to care about.

To sign documents in agreement to be TAXED, to PAY for the Programs THEY advocate.

There more things to consider I was just being brief.

I know a guy who was in a relationship. They broke up and the girl became vindictive. She went to the cops and accused him of raping her. He says he didn't do it and I believe him. A lawyer would of cost him 30-40k but he couldn't afford it.

They need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that a rape occurred but it was just her word against his. He tried to represent himself but lost the case and was wrongfully sent to prison.

Now if there was a death penalty they would have killed an innocent man because he couldn't afford a lawyer and because the justice system was flawed.

Some people get wrongfully convicted. The justice system is prone to error and corruption

Gods judgement is righteous.
Man's judgement can be flawed.

Death penalty achieves nothing that imprisonment already does. Your taxes are not changing because of that.

You would have an argument if the justice system was perfect. But it's not perfect, it's prone to corruption and error which makes your argument fall apart
