Busy weekend, being Mother's Day. How do you celebrate it in the Netherlands?

In America, Mother's Day is the most attendance nation wide at church after Christmas and Easter. The weather here started off terrible. In the 40's with ominous clouds. Now, although the temperature remains in the low 50's, the radiant heat of the cloudless sky makes it feel very, very nice.

My wife and I are making the rounds to family and friends.

This is 65-minutes of too much nonsense to rebuke point by point. So many opinions expressed as facts. Israel wants Iran to destroy America? Zelensky can’t thinks strategically because he was an actor. The only way to defeat Iran is cut off supply chain. America will lose the war if it invades.

Have you ever watched the movie Pretty Woman with Richard Gere and Julia Roberts?

This business guy buys up all kinds of companies that are facing hard times or bankruptcy. He chops them up like a car in a chop shop, and sells the pieces to the highest bidder. People lose their jobs, but it's just business. No conscience needed.

Towards the end of the movie this same guy has a 180 degree change of heart and decides to help failing companies succeed, save jobs, and make life better for the people.

For a long time this country has been being run by people who resemble the first attributes.
And I know many don't see it now, because this is a me now generation and have no vision for the future,

And just like the guy played by Richard Gere's Lawyer, who was making mad money and getting rich off other people's pain,
