It is bench pressing, an exercise involving a bench and barbell and works the chest muscles

Patience in continual FAITH IN JESUS . not in some false religoin . Careful my friend
you do not want the blood of others on your hands . lets rather PREACH JESUS with the dire need
to BELEIVE on HIM .

Care to help a fellow out and remind all about the dire need TO believe on JESUS .
cause i seen what another already said and very dangerous it is to imply such a thing .

I am good, its midnight here in Australia. There are so many reasons to believe in Jesus. He offers us peace and salvation. His teachings bring us closer to God. We are taught humility, love, compassion and forgiveness

Here is another good reason . IF you Believe not that I AM HE then ye shall DIE in your sins .
Seeing JESUS said this to the unbelieving jews , Believe me the other religions cannot save
theirselves either .
Lord , Lord who then can be saved . WITH MAN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE , but NOT WITH GOD .
And GOD has chosen HOW to save the world .
By the preaching of THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST to save those , WHO BELEIVE .
HE who beleives on me is NOT condmened .
But he who believes not on me is condemned already .
Tis why the aposetle john , who wrote a whole lot on love
had this to say .
HE who believes that JESUS is THE SON of GOD has both the FATHER and THE SON .
But he who beleives not , who receives not the testimony that GOD gave OF THE SON ,
CALLS GOD A LIAR . oh my and oh my indeed . THEY aer not serving GOD
in differings , THEY CALL GOD A LIAR .
WHO is a liar
HE who denies that JESUS is THE CHIRST , HE is anti christ . Just some friendly reminders
to remind us to POINT ONLY TO JESUS and never give out false hope to the lost .
Be encouraged my friend from the outbacks . IT IS JESUS POINTING TIME in the building and round the world .
Hey @ilovebenching, I do a bit of bench pressing, but I love floor glute bridges with dumbbells and weights mostly. I also enjoy the cross trainer.
What good is believing "Jesus said 'by your patience possess your souls", if you don't actually practice patience?
It's like saying "no, Jesus has to control your thoughts, before you understand what patience means"?

friend you way overthought . As if somehow what you wrote contradicts the need to believe on JESUS .
This generation is way to fast to love a lie . So i suggest we retain and remain preaching
the absolute dire necessity to beleive on JESUS and to do all things HE did teach .
