What happened to the huge snake?
In a bit of an anticlimax, there was never an official "part two" or a clear follow-up report tracking exactly what happened to this specific snake.
Because it was a viral clip pulled from social media by news outlets like news.com.au, the camera stopped rolling shortly after the farmer threw the lasso around its neck. However, based on how wildlife management and python biology work in India, we can reliably guess how it played out:
- It likely survived and was relocated: In India, both Indian Rock Pythons and Reticulated Pythons are protected under strict wildlife conservation laws (the Wildlife Protection Act). When a massive snake is caught on a farm like this, the standard procedure is for local farmers or forestry officials to capture it using a rope or a bag and release it deep into nearby forest reserves or national parks, far away from livestock.
- The snake was completely helpless: With a massive meal like a calf or small cow in its stomach, a python loses almost all its mobility. It can barely crawl, let alone fight back or escape. This makes it incredibly easy for people to lasso, handle, and transport it without much risk.
- The danger of regurgitation: The biggest risk to the snake in a situation like this is stress. When a python is heavily handled, cornered, or stressed right after eating, its natural defense mechanism is to vomit up its meal so it can become light and fast enough to escape. If the farmers moved it gently, it would have spent the next few weeks completely dormant in the jungle, slowly dissolving its massive dinner.

Yes well, that would be pagans -not believers. But, in affluent countries we teach our children to worship "cars" which eats them as well when wrapped around an immovable object.

India's state religion is Hindu. They persecute Christians there. very hostile.
I saw a case where a huge Python had swallowed a person! The person was farming and never returned. They later found the snake and I think they cut it open to find the person inside of it.

Found the story...

Massive snake constricts and crushes the shoulders and rib cage. Then the person is swallowed whole. Reptiles have very strong stomach acids, dissolves the bones. Hyenas jaws break up all the bones and eat everything. Vultures also eat the bones whole and dissolves them in their stomach.I saw a case where a huge Python had swallowed a person! I wonder if it's because a lot of village people in India run around barefoot or with flip flops?Australia has some of the most venemous snakes in the world, as we've discussed before, but only a few people die from a snake bite every year in Australia. I think its because we have plenty of hospitals with anti venom for these snakes. A person needs to be bitten somewhere very remote and far away from a hospital to be killed.
But India has the most dangerous snakes in the world (measured by the amount of fatalities)
