Scripture is. No transference on your part.
James 4:12 - There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you who judge your neighbor?

God alone holds the ultimate authority to infallibly judge the hearts of men.

“…God spared not the angels that sinned” (2 Peter 2:4)

“…the angels which are in heaven.” (Mark 12:25)

HELLO??
The old heaven passes away and is replaced.

Rev 21:4-5 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." (5) Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."

Explain Satan starting the sinning business in heaven and accomplishing his mission to cause man to fall.

Also,

Explain the Angels sinning that were in heaven.

“…God spared not the angels that sinned” (2 Peter 2:4)

That’s why no sinners will enter the heavenly kingdom. Because if you cannot overcome sin here on earth (especially those who have trodden under foot the son of God), you will most definitely not overcome it while in heaven.

“Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:29)

WAKE UP!
""That’s why no sinners will enter the heavenly kingdom. Because if you cannot overcome sin here on earth""

and you no longer sin ???

" WAKE UP"

“…God spared not the angels that sinned” (2 Peter 2:4)
Christian theology distinguishes between the probationary status of Satan and the angels who fell and the redeemed state of glorified believers. Unlike Satan and the angels who fell with an untried or mutable nature, believers in their glorified bodies have been fully and permanently transformed. In the new heaven and new earth, believers will be raised in incorruption/imperishable, in glory and in power. (1 Corinthians 15:42–53). These bodies will be pure, free from the shame and weakness of sin, and suited for eternal fellowship with God. They will not be subject to the temptations or weaknesses that led to the fall. Death is swallowed up in victory! (1 Corinthians 15:50-54) Scripture teaches that the final state excludes all sources of evil, corruption and the devil himself, who will be permanently cast away into the lake of fire, removing any external enticement to rebel. The fall will not be repeated in the new heaven. Revelation 21:4 - And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Praise God! :D
That’s why no sinners will enter the heavenly kingdom.
Romans 3:23 - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (and not through sinless perfection). 2 Corinthians 5:21 - For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Believers are saints, positionally in Christ. Not because of sinless perfection, but because of imputed righteousness (Romans 4:5-6) and the blood of Christ washing away our sins. (Ephesians 1:7; Revelation 1:5)
Because if you cannot overcome sin here on earth (especially those who have trodden underfoot the son of God), you will most definitely not overcome it while in heaven.
We do not overcome the world through sinless perfection but through faith. 1 John 5:4 - For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. To trodden underfoot the son of God is to deliberately reject Jesus Christ/the offer of salvation with eyes wide open. Receiving the knowledge of the truth does not save a person if there is no heart submission to that knowledge. Rejecting this knowledge is the final straw. Hebrews 10:26 - For if we go on willfully and deliberately sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice [to atone] for our sins [that is, no further offering to anticipate] (AMP) This is not a loss of salvation but a final rejection to the offer of salvation by willfully rejecting Christ. In Hebrews 10:39, we read - But WE are not OF THOSE who draw back to perdition, but OF THOSE who believe to the saving of the soul. Those who draw back to perdition do not believe to the saving of the soul and those who believe to the saving of the soul do not draw back to perdition.
“Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden underfoot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:29)
If the word 'sanctified' in Hebrews 10:29 is used to describe saved people who lost their salvation, then we have a contradiction because the writer of Hebrews in verse 10 said "sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all" (Hebrews 10:10) and in verse 14, we read, "perfected for all time those who are sanctified." (Hebrews 10:14) So, in Hebrews 10:10, we clearly read ..WE have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. In Hebrews 10:14, we read - For by one offering He has perfected for all time THOSE who are sanctified. To go from sanctified back to un-sanctified would be in contradiction here.

So, after considering the CONTEXT, it seems most likely that "he was sanctified" should be understood in the sense of someone who had been "set apart" or identified as a professing believer in this Hebrew Christian community of believers, but later renounces his identification with these believers, by rejecting the "knowledge of the truth" he had received and trampling underfoot the work and the person of Christ himself. This gives evidence that his identification with these Hebrew Christians was only superficial and that he was not a genuine believer.
You are the one who needs to WAKE UP! ⚠️ 1 John 1:8 - If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

What is your choice for eternity, water or the Holy Spirit?
My choice is the Holy Spirit/living water/fountain of water springing up unto everlasting life and not plain, ordinary H20.

John 4:10 - Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

John 4:14 - but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

John 7:37 - On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Notwithstanding your long post of vanity.

Where in the scripture did you learn that?
You have the audacity to mention vanity? You simply have no rebuttal to my post. So, you don't believe the angels which fell possessed a mutable (changeable) free will before testing, meaning they were able to choose or fail to choose obedience? Scripture affirms that angels (including Satan) were created good and chose to sin. (Genesis 1:31; Isaiah 14:12-14; Ezekiel 28:15; Revelation 12:4)

The scriptures I quote are the rebuttal.

You don’t use scripture.
I cited multiple scriptures in my original post and beyond. Your isolated verses that you quote out of context and joined with your eisegesis is not a rebuttal.
You use man’s wisdom of words.

“… with enticing words of man's wisdom…” (1 Corinthians 2:4)
Oh, the irony.
