What is Truth?
This is a vital question for every sincere Christian to explore. We should learn to appreciate and cherish truth for its own sake. We must respect it by acknowledging it wherever it appears, no matter who presents it. A truth from anyone, even someone opposed to our beliefs, is just as valuable as a truth shared by God.Sometimes, Christians overlook this important idea. In debates, they may ignore truths brought forward by those with differing views, particularly when engaging with skeptics. This approach misses an opportunity. Many skeptics are genuinely seeking the truth, just like Christians. By dismissing their valid points, we not only fail to persuade them but also risk losing the chance to connect. Admitting the truthful insights they offer fosters respect and opens the door for further dialogue.
Always embrace truth, no matter how it might seem to clash with your beliefs. Trust that "The Spirit of Truth will guide you into all truth," as Jesus assured us.
Truth is like a delicate flower in the weeds of misinformation. To discover it, be vigilant. To appreciate its beauty, clear away the clutter of misconceptions and narrow-mindedness. To possess it, be ready to reach down.
Don’t settle for just one piece of truth. Keep searching and gathering more.
Weave them together like a beautiful garland, "Bind them on you as a bride does." "Keep them close to your heart; this will help you find favor and understanding in the eyes of God and others." Prov. 3:3.
