I'm not trying to sound mean. I believe God has already given us His "natural" remedy. That is God has provided us with proper nutrition to allow us to feel well and not tired.
As Christians we shouldn't always depend on God to "heal" us from what we have caused by not following His directions.
But, we may find ourselves in predicament so-to speak....and can ask God for a healing and sometimes the healing is God saying take care of your body. If God does perform a supernatural healing then we need to change our lifestyle that caused the need for healing.

I think God is happy that I come to prayer forum for prayers.
I think prayers is best.
I think depending on God always is good. I donot have these kinds of logic or reasoning but seeking prayers and God s grace or healing before using natural remedy is good.

What I'm saying is that if a person has become sick because they drink 3 or 4 cokes a day...if God heals them they should stop drinking coke.
If a person is drinking 3 or 4 cokes a day they should stop before they need God to heal them.
