I understand for believers it will be a judgement of rewards to be given. Not a judgement about salvation.
Scripture does not tell us so when will find out. but we can't imagine how great are His rewards are in Heaven & the new earth.

Ok. Then revelation 20:15 says
15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
So if we fail judgement we go to hell
Best to do good deeds and repent for our sins than to do bad deeds and not repent for our sins.
Would you agree?

I'll go back and edit it.
This is a two pronged question. First, we will not die. Second, we will want to be judged - for our works.
Unbelievers would be the ones not found in the book of life.
Do you believe in the sufficiency of Christ's atonement for your sins? I do. Jesus said we are to let our light shine before men but remember our good works don't save us, Jesus saves us.

Most Christians believe in faith and deeds.
Some Christians believe in faith alone.
I'm not 100% sure but I lean more towards faith and deeds
I don't know. If that means people can sin and not worry about repenting then I don't think that's good.
I think that the faith alone concept can imply that you don't have to worry about sinning or repenting.
I've read people say they sin often and not worry about it.
Others have said they only repented once when they thought they were born again

I'm not 100% sure.
What I am sure of is that there's no harm in doing good deeds and repenting for my sins.
But not for salvation. Jesus saves us. However good deeds should follow a true believer.
8For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life. Ephesians 2:8-10
Some people can get the "saved by faith in Christ alone" so mixed up. It isn't a license to sin as some think. It's that we have cast ourselves upon the Lord as our Savior, knowing we cannot save ourselves.
God Word says our righteousness is like a filthy rag. That is because God is so holy that we can never do anything to make ourselves right with God. That is why we need Jesus Christ.
As long as you are not depending on those good deeds to save you. Depend on Jesus Christ to save you and rest in Him.
Romans 14:10
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother?
for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Considering I'm not 100% sure which doctrine to believe, amongst all the debate, I'm happy to do good deeds and repent for my sins.
It's better than doing bad deeds and not repenting for my sins.

The last line above should be understood in this manner: -
"but has passed from being a candidate for the second death to receiving eternal life."
In life believers stand before the judgment seat of Christ and receive blessings according to our deeds done in the body (church) for the sake of the gospel of the Kingdom of God through Christ. That they shall not be among the dead at the end of this age who shall be called to stand before the great white throne to give account according to all that is recorded in the books and the book of life.

Yes, that's because believers, before death, stood before the judgment seat of Christ. Having been born again through the Spirit of Christ, we have passed from death to eternal life. The second death shall have no power over us, and for that reason born again believers shall not be called with the DEAD to stand before God at the great white throne.
When we understand that eternal life we receive when we have been born again is not physical but eternal spiritual life, then we can understand how we have already overcome the second death through Christ. Death of our mortal flesh cannot kill our living soul, because when we who are of Christ breathe our last in natural flesh, we shall still ascend alive to heaven as spiritual body.
Matthew 10:28 (KJV) And fear not them which kill the body but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
1 Corinthians 15:44 (KJV) It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
