A genuine believer in Jesus Christ (i.e. one who has been born of God) not only does not make a practice of sinning, but he cannot make a practice of sinning, because he has been born of God. That is what 1 John 3:9 states. It's not rocket science.

Since disobedience is sin (obviously), 1 John 3:8-10 DOES address obedience. If you cannot make a practice of disobedience, then you do make a practice of obedience (there is no third option).

Rom. 8: 38,39 (A.V.)
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Matt. 7:26,27
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

I'm unsure what you want me to say about these passages. They're self-explanatory.

Rom. 8: 38,39 refers to those who are saved; and that they cannot be separated from the love of God in Christ.

Matt. 7:26,27 refers to people who hear Jesus' sayings and says that those who hear but don't obey have no solid foundation and will be destroyed. The obvious implication is that they are unsaved.
I don't see any suggestion as to salvation in Matthew 7:26-27
It just plainly states that those that do NOT ACT on the teachings of Jesus will experience a fall.

How are they self-explanatory?

Paul is saying that nothing can separate you from God.
Jesus is saying that something can separate you from God.

Which is it?

Not a red herring at all.

Few people know what propitiation means.
Folks don't understand because they don't ask. It appears easier to follow the worldly spin than to seek wisdom. They don't discern that the Holy Spirit is the means by which one moves from the milk to the meat.

The Holy Bible itself contains its own built-in dictionary; it defines its own words.

Even a child understands the scriptures:

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (2 Tim. 3:14-15)

Let's look at your "propitiation" example. Here we have a single sentence:

But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. (Romans 3:21-26)

According to that verse, who or what is "propitiation"? Whom did "God set forth to be a propitiation"??? propitiation = Christ Jesus.

Do you see how easy this is? Scripture defines scripture.

Archaic words in KJV include: assay, husbandman, trow, stanched, wist, daysman, concision, holpen, raiment, anon, mote, ague, chambering, descry, astonied, discomfited, flagon, privily, haply, noisome, obeisance, stomacher, pate.
and
You cannot be serious. You think the Holy Spirit is going to define the archaic words of the King James Version?
It's the same with what you have been conditioned to believe are "archaic" words. Look up the words on your list and apply the same metric.

Understanding doesn't comes from men; it comes from the Holy Spirit whom we are told to approach with our questions.

People must ask because KJV words are often archaic, no longer in use.

I checked my Bible’s appendix. No built-in dictionary.

There are several vital principles in biblical hermeneutics, one of them it to ascertain what the subject is, from the context. The subject in Romans 8:38,39 is the saved; the subject in Matt. 7:26-27 is the unsaved.

Matt. 7:21-27 (A.V.)
21 ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 ¶ Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

Jesus says that this is eternal life, to know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent; but, in Matt. 7:23, he makes it crystal clear that he never knew these fake Christians, which means that they were never saved. This contrast between the saved and unsaved continues in the following verses.

A house that falls has been destroyed. This should really be obvious.

Rom. 8:28-39
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This passage is about God's elect, chosen from before the foundation of the world. These people are foreknown (i.e. God has set his familial knowledge upon them beforehand, choosing them); they are predestined (their destiny has been decided in advance); they are called, justified and, finally, glorified. This is called "the golden chain" - an unbroken chain that ensures the salvation of those whom God has chosen to save. The promises in verses 38 and 39 are based on the fact that salvation is of the Lord, not of man's will or works, so nothing can separate us from the love of God, in Christ Jesus our Lord.

As I showed you, the Holy Bible's built-in dictionary is not found in any "appendix."

Your argument is not with me; it is with the Holy Bible itself:
And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures [2 Tim. 3]

Propititiation is not defined as Christ Jesus. He is the one who was set forth to be propitiation, but propitiation itself as a noun is not defined.
Again, your argument is not with me; it is with the Holy Bible itself: Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation

You certainly have a wild imagination to make such pompous, absurd claims.
I simply read and believe what the Holy Bible tells me. It trumps your "appendix" every time.

You are downplaying the grim fact that Jesus is talking about people who do not know they are fake believers.

They are smug, complacent, confident that they are bound for heaven.

No, you read the King James Version of the Bible and defend its use of archaic words that you likely need to look up in a dictionary that is external to the Bible.

Folks don't understand because they don't ask. It appears easier to follow the worldly spin than to seek wisdom. They don't discern that the Holy Spirit is the means by which one moves from the milk to the meat.

The Holy Bible itself contains its own built-in dictionary; it defines its own words.
The context certainly helps; but, there are many cases, in the K.J.V., in which words and phrases are no longer used, or have changed their meaning, and the context does not always make the meaning certain. I often use the K.J.V. myself, so I have no axe to grind here.

Even a child understands the scriptures:

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (2 Tim. 3:14-15)
Timothy's parents would have taught him the scriptures.

Except that you've got it wrong...

A propitiation is a sacrifice to appease wrath. Yes, of course Jesus is our propitiation; but that doesn't explain what a propitiation is.

and

It's the same with what you have been conditioned to believe are "archaic" words. Look up the words on your list and apply the same metric.
In the context of sailing on a boat, what does "fetched a compass" mean, in the K.J.V.? Just from reading the passage, you might think that it meant to get a navigational instrument; but, it means "circled about".

In the K.J.V., what does "conversation" mean? Does it mean people speaking to each other? No, it means "conduct". The word has changed its meaning, but you wouldn't know that from the passages in which it's used.

In the K.J.V., in Genesis 1, what does "replenish" mean? Does it mean to "fill again"? No, it simply means "fill"; but, many Christians don't realise that and it can lead to erroneous teachings.

The above are off the top of my head; but, there are about 600 words that have changed meanings, or are obsolete, in the K.J.V., and some of them are used many times.

Yep, no doubt. And it was explained to you the reason why.

"A propitiation is a sacrifice to appease wrath" = it tells us that Jesus Christ is it - very simple and direct.

In the context of sailing on a boat, what does "fetched a compass" mean, in the K.J.V.? Just from reading the passage, you might think that it meant to get a navigational instrument; but, it means "circled about".

LOL! It's all knowledge. I've looked these words and phrases up, in the past (along with many others), so I know what I'm talking about. If you bother to check yourself, you'll discover that what I'm saying is true.

Then demonstrate it by your posts. Empty claims are easy to make.
David, even if I demonstrated what you ask, you would not hear it. Why is that? Because you are so determined to 'prove' your point that hearing is silenced and discernment blunted

Exactly.
There can be no conflict in the NT.
Apparently some do not understand some passages....
and wish to change their meaning to suit their own agenda.
very true my friend . So let us beware of WHOM JESUS said to beware of my friend .
Those who desire to dress up in fancy robes , hats , and love titles say like most holy reverand or even most holy father .
Beware also of those whose desire is for money , aka prosperity gospel and the likes .
And beware of those who bring a false g ospel , say like the all inclusive one .
We got wolves in wool my friend . And oh yes they do twist His words .
They can even say GOD is love and judge not , but use it out of text .
JESUS warned us the number one most dangerous wolf is the one claoked in wool .
And as i am sure you would agree there are many indeed .

What is a "sitch", when it's at home?

I do check the Bible, prayerfully, for the truth, which includes using things like dictionaries, lexicons, concordances, etc..

exactly my friend . they change the meaning to suit their own agenda .
To make desciples whom follow them , NOT GOD .
We must all be alert .
We must all be diligent in this last hour .
Cause a love god , a version of what they call lo ve and claim to be of GOD , is making rounds deep into even christendom .
IT lies to them . tell them things that turns them against TRUTH , against the words of God , against the scrips .
It has convinced them all it is GOD . But i t hinks we both know IT AINT GOD .
And it does have a harlot . An ecumeincal one . She has poured rebellion to this generation and to the world .
Rebellion against THE ONE TRUE GOD and HIS CHRIST . And did so by means of a sensual judge not love .
A love that called non stop for tolerance .
A love t hat prepared their hearts and made them even ready FOR THE LIE of all lies .
IT has sold SIN and rebellion to them . And the pages of scriptures it has made void by means of its love .
Watch out . Beware . its everywhere now .
That which is of anti christ does not decieve by war
IT DOES SO BY PEACE . BY PEACE . remember that .
And soon by means of its peace it will have unified much of christendom the false religions and the world
and will convince them its time for war . War against any and war against all THAT DID NOT
conform to the image of its inclusive god that it sold as GOD , as love and as His world peace plan .

it has come in its own name and to proclaim itself as God , as love and has the solution for how to attain world peace n safety .
IT IS NOT GOD . alert to all , this entity is NOT GOD , its the dragon .
The most subtile creature ever in that garden has seduced them .
That which is of anti christ does not decieve by war but by PEACE . and by peace shall destroy many .
It has prepared the world , it has prepared much of the false religions and much of christendom
to come and sit at its table of peace .
It used men to do this . for years they infiltrated churches , even mosques , even jews , all religoins .
NOT to divide them but to unite them as one people who would all believe
it is God , is love and has the solution for their peace n safety .
IT LIES to them . This is a lying spirit sent out to the mouth of the false prophets .
The false religoins preach it
much of christendom now preach it . And they merge more and more to sit at the table of its peace .
Watch out . Its very sneaky . T HANK GOD FOR JESUS CHRIST , is all i can say .
WERE IT NOT FOR CHRIST i had been just as decieved by this .
I was decieved BEFORE GOD set me free IN CHRIST . ONLY HE can keep us safe and from falling .
And its our duty to look out for one another and to expose all that is contrary to THE ONE TRUE GOD and HIS CHRIST .
This is going to become law soon . THIS will be enforced by AI led digital system .
And it will be under the guise of inclusity and peace . Its coming . but fear it not .
Persecutions and heavy triubulation is coming against the last sheep standing that did not and would not
conform .
