(Daniel 9:26-27) "And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. {27} And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."

I don't see anything in the verse about there being a peace treaty, in any Bible translation. The word "peace" isn't even mentioned in fact. The two operative words are "confirm" and "covenant". It doesn't say he makes a new one, it says the beast confirms a covenant that is already in place. Since we are talking about the Jews, you can rest assured its not the new covenant being confirmed. Its most likely the old mosaic covenant being confirmed here, and the return of the old daily animal sacrifices shows it. The beast will claim to be many different things to many different people, the Jewish messiah being chief among them.

It also says nothing about the beast stating the covenant will last seven years (and neither does your middle east peace plan), it in fact only says the covenant ends up lasting only seven years. I'm sure this has a lot to do with Jesus Christ's statement that the Great Tribulation will be cut short, for the 'elects' sake, because no flesh will be saved otherwise. If there is any kind of "peace treaty" in the works for Israel and Palestine, then its got nothing at all to do with the covenant written about by Daniel like many claim. Trumps peace treaty having anything at all to do with Daniel 9:27 actually makes Donald Trump the anti-Christ. Do you realize that? You don't really believe that this buffoon is "the destroyer" of revelation, the king of the bottomless pit......do you? If he is, then I'm not impressed one iota, and there are lots of events that happen before we even get to Daniel 9:27 that has yet to occur.
