No, no one chose to be created. That was the decision of God the Creator.

Our salvation is no different.

If you are saying that salvation is "done without your say so or know so", then does the Catholic Church teach that truth?
If they do not, and if you are a member, what will happen to you for teaching that?

I'm pretty sure your Church says you must cooperate with grace. That is salvation with your say so.
