I doubt it, there were angels that had children but they were confined to hell for their actions. Lucifer is not under the same punishment, so I doubt his crime was the same.

He was according to the scripture as I have read it, the king of Babyon. If the one mentioned is Nebuchadnezzar, then, yes, according to the Daniel he had not less than one child, Belshazzar [see Daniel chapter 5].

Satan (KJV "Lucifer" in Isaiah 14:12) is a covering cherub, a heavenly being.

Ezek 28:14-16
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
KJV

Satan's sin was in coveting God's Throne in wanting to be God, instead of guarding God's Throne, which was Satan's original job (i.e., the idea of "covereth").

Remember that Jesus said in the resurrection, they don't marry nor take in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven. Thus the angelic form cannot bear children. This also means the angels of Genesis 6 in Noah's day left their heavenly habitation to mate with the daughters of Adam. Jude 1 reveals this fact.

imo the desire to force "satan" into that, and deny that men are also referred to as "falling stars."
Absolutely! Men are stars. Exalted by God, but then fallen when they went back to partake of their own vomit and to look over their shoulders with longing for the evil city that had been their home.

The example that always comes to my mind, is the evangelist, Jimmy Swaggert. He was definitely anointed by God and then he went into fornication. He was a fallen star even if he did subsequently repent.
