This That Night

Exodus 12:42b, “This Night”—of the fifteenth day of the First Month—“is That Night”—of the day before in Egypt “18 the fourteenth day of the First Month” when they ate “8 … the flesh in That Night with unleavened bread … 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt This Night and I will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt … 17 but ye shall observe The Feast of unleavened bread for in This Selfsame Bone-Day I have brought your armies out … 29 and it happened that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn … 34 and the people took their dough before it was leavened upon their shoulders … 37 and journeyed from Rameses … 41 at the end of the four hundred and thirty years (from Abraham) even The Selfsame Bone-Day that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt”—its name, “42aNight to be Much Observed Unto the LORD’ (John 19:39) for bringing them out from the land of Egypt : 42bTHIS, THAT (Selfsame Bone-Day) NIGHT of the LORD to be Observed’ of ALL the children of Israel in their (future) generations.”

My point is that Exodus 12 is literally true and correct, specifically verses 41,42 which no one ever has been able to make out exactly what it says, trying to apply to the literal any kind of explanations and interpretations except what is written,
This Night”—of the fifteenth day of the First Month—“is That Night”—of the day before in Egypt “18 the fourteenth day of the First Month” when they ate “8 … the flesh in That Night with unleavened bread … 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt This Night and I will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt … 17 but ye shall observe The Feast of unleavened bread for in This Selfsame Bone-Day I have brought your armies out … 29 and it happened that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn … 34 and the people took their dough before it was leavened upon their shoulders … 37 and journeyed from Rameses … 41 at the end of the four hundred and thirty years (from Abraham) even The Selfsame Bone-Day that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt”—its name, “42a ‘Night to be Much Observed Unto the LORD’ (John 19:39) for bringing them out from the land of Egypt : 42b ‘THIS, THAT (Selfsame Bone-Day) NIGHT of the LORD to be Observed’ of ALL the children of Israel in their (future) generations.”

My point is being proven therefore, that in Exodus days were considered sunrise days while in the rest of the Law they are considered sunset days.

What translation are you using?

The 'old' KJV. Check it up, it reads, exactly, "The Selfsame -Bone Day- The Night to be Observed is This That Night of the LORD to be observed" ... as before above, “This Night”—of the fifteenth day of the First Month—“is That Night”—of the day before in Egypt “18the fourteenth day of the First Month” when they ate “8 … the flesh in That Night with unleavened bread … 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt This Night and I will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt … 17 but ye shall observe The Feast of unleavened bread for in This Selfsame Bone-Day I have brought your armies out … 29 and it happened that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn … 34 and the people took their dough before it was leavened upon their shoulders … 37 and journeyed from Rameses … 41 at the end of the four hundred and thirty years (from Abraham) even The Selfsame Bone-Day that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt”—its name, “42a ‘Night to be Much Observed Unto the LORD’ (John 19:39) for bringing them out from the land of Egypt : 42b ‘THIS, THAT (Selfsame Bone-Day) NIGHT of the LORD to be Observed’ of ALL the children of Israel in their (future) generations.”

Just stick to the literal, the facts, and the sequence of the facts as well as literal text.

By the grace and mercy of God I challenge Christian and Jew to do otherwise!

Exodus 12:42, a “Night of solemn observance this to Yahweh for bringing them out of the land of Egypt that night this (“day” 12:41) is of Yahweh: a solemn observance for all the children of Israel throughout their generations.”, is the only and unique incidence in the Hebrew Scriptures of the Pronominal Article integrating and identifying two historic consecutive “days” for "being the Essential / Selfsame / Bone-Day”—“This-Night-being-This-That-Selfsame-Day”.

PS
