As I see it, Jesus was not only preaching the bad things of old, he was also preaching redemption. One can be saved; just abide by His instructions, follow His commandments and peace will be your reward.

I have a personal attachment to the Old Testament and the verses contained therein. This includes the verses where the Lord talked directly to the Israelite people. In this one-way discussion the Lord laid out directives (commandments) for them to follow and the blessing they would get if they followed His suggestions. I took these directives and compared them to historical events. Personally, I would like to see the Israeli people change their ways by embracing the stranger (Palestinian) and treat them as one of their own, just as the Lord instructed them to do. I truly believe this “example” would create a wave of peace across the middle east.

In closing I want the Israeli’s to embrace the Palestinians as one of their own, dismantle the illegal settlements and change the name of their country from “Israel” to “Palestine”.

I believe God is now judging them for the last time. If they do not ask God for forgiveness and repent for their past deeds; then all will be lost.

I need your help either by helping me or by correction my misguided view of them.

The name Palestine was given to the land by the British...in a way to antagonize the Jews...since they were allied to the Arab nations. The name comes from Philistia...or the land of the Philistines. This is unacceptable to the Jews for obvious reasons.

But the name "Judea" I think would be much better (although this does not seem to include the Palestinian people). This was the name of the country at the time of Jesus.

How does all this fit in the the people called Palestinians? Well it doesn't really. I can't see any kind of compromise that would satisfy both parties.

I'm all for the Jews having a homeland. I think the name "Israel" is a misnomer.

The homeland you speak of is the land of the Palestinians and the Jews and once you accept this peace will follow but is you do not; the end is written on the wall.

3. Shiite Iran has been controlled by crazy, demonic, and radical ayatollahs and imams for about 50 years. These evil men have no interest in helping their own people, and have committed billions of dollars towards arming themselves to destroy Israel and to promote Islamist terrorism (Jihad) worldwide. Iran has also been primarily responsible for funding and supplying Hamas and Hezbollah in Palestine so that they can wage war against Israel on a daily basis (while nelgecting their own people).

4. If you believe you want to personally see this conflict resolved, you would have to ensure that the regimes in Iran and Palestine are REPLACED with sane and sober Muslims who will vow to live at peace with Israel.
