Hebrews 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Something very beautiful In Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
...because (1360: on the very account that, because, there was no room(5117: a place) no place was for them in the inn(a lodging place).

John 14:1-2 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. [2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place (5117. Room)for you.

Have you ever considered that bright image in Daniel...and the builders that rejected Him. No place was found ...as He rode in to Jerusalem on the ass..while others cried out “Hail” to the King ...Jesus wept. It wasn’t only Him ...but all those eager for His reign and appearance that also ...although maybe not seen ...were also turned away and rejected as He was. The laborers in the fields are instructed to hold on...God would send out more. That image in Daniel falls and comes completely down. An express image of glory is given in: Hebrews 1:2-3Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; [3] Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Without Him...all that consumed and burned as chaff...carried away by the wind...there would be nothing left but inhabitable waste and ruin. There is a New Perfect Man...Christ where that which “no place was found” in the image of Daniel ... the wheat is gathered unto this Perfect man Christ. Christ who takes in that which is lost. The earth and Heaven flee from the face of Him Who sets upon the throne and “no place is found” for them. Yet the beauty and magnificence and perfect love in ”I must go” ... “I go to prepare a place.” for that which has no place or room. Coming not to condemn the world but to save it.

Matthew 3:11-12 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: [12] Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Along with this goes this verse:

"And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head." Matt 8:20

Consider also these verses by David:

"Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;
I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids,
Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob." Psalm 132:3-5

"If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.
For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it." Psalm 132:12-14

Consider this meaning of the word Zion:

!wyc Tsiyown (tsee-yone'); Proper Name Location, Strong #: 6726

Zion = "parched place"

  1. another name for Jerusalem especially in the prophetic books

Thank you. Great passages. His love is truly amazing, isn’t it. Was talking to my husband last night about one of the first passages that ever spoke His love to me. We were talking about Job and when God shut Job’s mouth. I was thinking about:

Job 38:24-27 By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth? [25] Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder; [26] To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man; [27] To satisfy the desolate and waste ground ; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?

At that time I was doubting whether the word is true or made up by men ...nothing more than fairytales. that verse was taped to the wall upstairs and I would sit and stare at it ...wondering if Job —being one of the oldest books —was the best likely candidate for not being inspired by the Holy Spirit. But more and more everyday I was convinced if God could send rain and water to a wilderness, cut torrents for the waters to flow...surely He could help. Never will doubt again whether Job was (is) Inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Job is indeed included in the canon of Scripture. :)

Some of Job's statements are amazing; such as 'Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him' (Job 13.15).

People walking and thinking only in their own minds of carnal flesh doubt that this book or that book of the Bible is inspired because they simply do not know God themselves or they don't know Him as well as they should.

The human brain is a wonderful and to please God with our stewardship over all the things provided we must use the brain properly... but do not expect to brain to do that which only God in can do.

"And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Matt 19:24

As I am sure you already know our riches are not only in money but in all that God has provided and this includes our brain. Use, but don't it get the way of the Holy Spirit working you!

As for Job and the Holy Spirit, we are certainly in agreement. There are differences now, but God has always worked men through the Holy Spirit. Recall this prayer of David's:

"Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy Holy Spirit from me." Psalm 51:11
People will also argue with us on this point, but we can only do what we can do and whatever we allow God to do through us.

Only God gives any real increases... and He may or may involve the human brain in the process.
