It seems that if the CIA want's to overthrow a foreign government, they DESTROY that nation's confidence in their ELECTIONS.

Wait, ... is THAT what's going on HERE?!?

Ya think?

Well...
I think one of the candidates said to "Vote early and often".

And that has been taken to heart by a lot of people.

But a lot of it is confusion. People don't sign their ballots, order multiple ballots, or don't fill them out correctly.

Mail in ballots usually have to have identity confirmation of some kind. Proof that you are registered to vote (voter registration ID) and that should be blank on the ballot.

Then mailing it in.
The post office is having a meltdown currently. Entrenched middle and upper management is upset with the executive leader (Postmaster General) so they are doing all they can to make the mail slow...

Meanwhile

Postal workers themselves are getting caught throwing away bags of mail including ballots.

This mail in voting thing is a mess....

Early voting is OK...no problems whatsoever with that.

But in a pandemic, absentee voting is becoming a cesspool show. Exactly who is out of the country at the moment?

May I just add that when it comes to the democrats (especially this year) I really don't think the word fair is in a lot of their vocabularies. That's why after I fill out my absentee ballot today I'm going to go drop it off in person. The only reason I'm not going to vote at the polls is because I need time to think things out, look things up, gather information, and make sure that I'm voting for the right people.

You actually are allowed to bring a piece of note paper or a cell phone/tablet in with you to the polling booth.
So that way you can have notes to pull from who it is you want to vote for.

Well,.. just finished voting today so that doesn't really matter now. :D (I just didn't really want to feel rushed.)

The article said most were rejected because they were duplicate requests.

Pennsylvania has rejected more than 370,000 applications for mail-in ballots, most of which were duplicate requests, according to a report by ProPublica and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The battleground state's election offices rejected 372,000 requests for mail-in ballots, according to the report. About 90 percent of the denied application requests were duplicates, and 1 in 5 requests have been rejected.

Voters in the Keystone State can indicate to election officials if they would like a mail-in ballot when they vote during their primary. And issues arose when voters duplicated those requests after asking for a ballot in the general election during the state's June 2 primary.

The report found that the majority of 372,000 voters whose requests were denied did not realize they had checked a box to be sent a ballot for the general election in November.
I say thank goodness someone checked to see so no one got two ballots. That would really have been a mess.

That used to be a joke in Texas. I'd advise against it since when a ballot is received, your name is checked off the list of voters so they know you voted. If perchance your ballot never arrived in the mail, you can still vote since they can see you didn't vote by mail.
