I didnt reject Luke 16.
Yes you did! You're denying the eternal Hell fire that Jesus taught several times.
I simply said your understanding of it is wrong.
Your belief in the eternal Hell fire is not required for your residency therein. Kingdom Hall won't save you on Judgment Day.
Your premise is wrong. One part of God word doesn't take precedence over another. That you're making that statement shows your theology is a skew and you can't reconcile the Scriptures.
What "premise". I'm just a Bible believer.
Jude 1:13 (NKJV)
13 raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

Believing the scriptures isn't unfaithful. The problem is you don't have faith in the truth of the scriptures. You have faith in your interpretation of the scriptures.
Even your JW's say you're wrong.
NWT "They will be tormented day and night forever and ever".

Did you forget your comment? " the meaning of that parable is not about what happens when people die"
And I replied: "Then why did Jesus say "the beggar died", and "the rich man also died"?"

Why are you backtracking?
Do you really not understand or are you just playing games? A parable is a story. The elements of it represent something else.

Prove Luke 16 is a parable. You cannot. JW's HATE Luke 16! The eternal fire is real!
I already have several times. It's you who hasn't proven your claim. Jesus spoke to the crowds in parables and without a parable He did not speak to them.

Only if the Bible doesn't mean what it says. Do you realize that the blood of all you have told there is no eternal Hell will be on your hands on Judgment Day?
It's you who hasn't proven your claim.
I don't have to prove what Jesus said. lol
The rich man DIED and was in fire TORMENTED but alive.
Jesus spoke to the crowds in parables and without a parable He did not speak to them.
So nothing Jesus said applies to you? Not even salvation? Are you JW?

Yeah, they represent the Truth of the "everlasting fire" where those who don't believe in Hell fire will spend eternity.
It's really a shame about your attitude. It'll keep you from ever coming to the truth. If you actually researched it you'd see that NOWHERE in Scripture are the wicked ever said to be burning in Hades. This passage in the parable is the ONLY passage in all of Scripture that has anyone suffering in fire in Hades. EVERYWHERE else the wicked burn in Gehenna/ the Lake of Fire. Since the Scripture NOWHERE speak of the wicked burning in Hades you have no basis for claiming its literal here.

Just the most basic of studies would reveal to you that the KJV has translated 3 different places as hell and that has confused many.

You should do even the most rudimentary of studies. I'm getting embarrassed for you

No, I didn't. As I said, the parable uses Hades, not Gehenna. Jesus spoke if the wicked burning I Gehenna. Please, just the most basic of studies.

You believe your beliefs

What you have to prove is that your understanding of what Jesus said is true. However, your understanding of it is correct.

My Biblical attitude?
It'll keep you from ever coming to the truth.
I can't be saved believing the Bible?

I never said that. lol I agree with Jesus, they will burn in the "everlasting fire".

No parable uses literal people. Try again.

"Everlasting fire" cannot be confused. Stop trying to TWIST the NT to fit your JW doctrine.

Why are you intentionally omitting the part where the rich man was dead but tormented in the fire? How deceptive.

Why do you avoid "everlasting fire" like JW's?

Look when you can form an actual argument come back and talk. There's no point in addressing your contious deflections any longer.

This is why I said earlier, if one knows what a man is, they would understand that the Rich Man and Lazarus is a parable.

Luke 16:
[20] And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
[21] And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
[22] And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom:
the rich man also died, and was buried;

Beggar- what specifically died?
Beggar- what specifically was carried to Abraham's bosom?
rich man- what Specifically died?
rich man- what specifically was buried?

[23] And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

rich man- what Specifically in Hell, saw Abraham afar off?

[24] And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

rich man- what specifically was feeling the Torments of a flame?

[25] But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime

To rich man- lifetime of what specifically?

receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

[26] And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

Why is the rich man and Abraham separated?

[27] Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
[28] For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
[29] Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
[30] And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
[31] And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

How is Abraham, (dead and Buried) and a rich man (dead and Buried) having a conversation?

How can a Dead and Buried rich man- in Hell-
See, Hear, Speak, Feel, Smell ?

Can you answer the Questions?
