Yes, indeed!Silence is guilt
This is an interesting accusation. Every crime in the world is our fault because we are quiet. Such accusations are slander. Silence is non participation, which can imply both agreement or simple not understanding. It is negligence if life could be saved by obvious action that anyone with a heart would do.
Extreme groups use morality similar to Muhammed's idea, to kill one member of a community makes all of the offending community guilty of murder so alright to wipe out. Racism works like this, a label justifies abuse.
Jesus said each one deserves love and respect, a door for rescue and hope. Each sinner has betrayed the love they have and are lost but could come home. And that is our call. Jesus loves you, if you can hear and listen and respond.
