The total life is in the seed. The greatest mistake any believer can make is to look for life outside of that seed. If you are trying to find life in anything other than the seed, we missed it, we are missing what is happening in the Spirit. How do you walk in the Spirit, by the Life of the Spirit in the seed. Looking to life, my life which 'is Christ,' is in the seed. All of scripture will come together for believers by the one seed in them. All of scripture points to the one seed. Why do we have over 150 times printed in black and white the "in Christ" doctrine, more weight in that doctrine than anything else that is written? Because it is the only place you can find life, the pearl of great price.

Tattooing in our day is big, if you need or want a tattoo, that is what you should have written in the biggest boldest lettering you can get. Stare at it daily, study it daily, it never gets old. It is the only message you need that flows from scripture in full depth of understanding for anyone that will pick it up and want to know something about it.

Free for the asking.

Why is it written through the Apostle Paul alone that many times (do you think the Lord may be saying something)? Because it is the only thing that matters. Going down the proverbial rabbit hole in scripture gets you no where. Everything you need to know is right there written plain and simple, so plain a child can understand the scriptures say. I cannot blame anyone for my life and the way I treated scripture and the way you treat others and the way we pass blame. We cannot do that because it is written plain and simple so we have no excuse.

Come on church do you really believe we will have a case when we stand before our Father and we get the look and He loving asks you; what did you do with my Son. Huh what! What did you do with my Son in you, what was He to you. That will be our judgement when we stand and give an account for how we lived life right now. Did I live according to scripture, (by the life of another) or was I chasing my feelings of 'well this is what I really think and I know the Lord will understand I'm just human and blah blah. That will not stand, that doesn't even stand now, and it will not stand then because it is written what you need as a believer and you received it the moment you believed. That seed, that life, that is what is going to matter when you take a knee on judgement. Where is my Son, what did you do with my Son. That will be the end of the story, it began with that and it will end with that.

Living life is as easy as 'Christ in you. You live by the life of another, you lived by the life of another when you were in the world, unregenerate. The same way you lived then (not lifestyle-principle) and it is the way you live now, it is a law in God "living by the life of another." You live by the life that is in you. That is why we preach; first Adam and last Adam. Two lives that can be lived, one unto sin and death, and the other is life.

11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood: - Galatians 1:11-12,15-16.

Key verses to understanding God's message He so wonderfully gives freely. Paul calls the message of God "the certified gospel."

@soul man Yes, indeed, the Gospel is very precious and urgent.

You're right also about the effectiveness of tattoo designs for those who are exercised to use this medium in witness for the Gospel through Scripture. I think you yourself said:
I think I told you about my wife's nurse? The scriptures on the inside of her forearms, looked nice and did start a conversation.
I may have mentioned before that my wife and I talked to a young lady with the whole of John 3.16 tattooed on her wrist area; it was her favorite verse and mine also and its effectiveness as a tattoo was proven by the conversation it started.

The fact that these convicted Christian women — may we indeed be grateful for them — were in fact motivated to have it done boldly and confidently shows how getting inked up, e.g., at placements such as arms, really does work in order to spread the message from the Word. Like you say about Scripture designs, 'Tattooing in our day is big, if you need or want a tattoo, that is what you should have written in the biggest boldest lettering you can get. Stare at it daily, study it daily, it never gets old.'

I got my first and only tattoo when I was 25. I was told it was addictive, but for me it was not. .. I don't regret it .. Probably 75% of the congregation have tattoos, including myself and the Pastor

Around here (Bible Belt), it is common, especially among evangelical Christians, for the girls under about 40 to have religious tattoos. More do than don't, especially when you get to the under 30 crowd. I hardly know any female at church that is under 30 that does not have a tattoo.

Not least for their value as conversation-starters, Christians rather extensively and confidently seem not to be hesitating to pursue getting tattooed.

I think your family too, if I remember what you said.

On the moral and spiritual side of the subject of life in Christ, I think the Fruit of the Spirit passage in Galatians 5 is very relevant.
