    Congrats on making it through your hospital stay. I recently returned from ten weeks in hospital and am grateful to be alive, at home, and getting stronger every day.

    I just returned from 4 days in hospital following emergency abdominal surgery.

    It’s all fun and good times. I like being in hospital where they serve my meals, change my diapers etc

    Being 80 years of age is like keeping an old car running. Repairs are needed on a more frequent basis to keep the thing running.

    So in good recovery mode, I’m just going to enjoy life to it’s fullest.

    From what I hear, Toronto is getting worse and worse. Glad I no longer live there. I just use Toronto to identify approximately where I live. I lived there in 1960, but have gradually been moving further and further north with each successive move until I now live in the tiny quiet village of Sharon which no one has ever heard of.

    Just got home from 7 months in hospital and long term care. Jumbled up electrolytes, but I am okay now. I enjoyed all the care and service.
