I am 64 years old, I had my first encounter with my Savior in 1984. In a Assembly s of God Church in Salida CA, I did not understand one word that was preached that day, then the Pasteur gave an Alter call,I didn't know what that was, and to this day I can not remember placing one foot in front of the other, It was as if I was on a conveyor belt, I know that I was led of the Spirit to receive the gift of Salvation offered.
