Iranian regime being unreasonable when they should have backed down and agreed to terms, tells me they are willing to risk it all, die in insane religious pride with the destruction of their country infrastructure on a broad scale. They do not care about their people's welfare, look how they control their own population. US needs to be consistent and follow through with what they promised will happen. Iranian regime's goal is to fulfil their religious duty to their false god, what they believe their god demands of them. Burn down everything around them and if they fail, then allow others to burn them down. Shia Islam can be very destructive and apocalyptical thinking to bring on the last day. It is very true if Iran had radioactive nuclear weapons they would have already used them. And it they develop one, they will use it someday regionally on the surrounding countries.

The allies could have left Nazi Germany to survive, but no, they did not, they wisely wiped every last bit of Nazism out from Germany in a fiery total destruction of every city. That is what has to be done with dangerous fanatics.

What is Fanaticism?

As Winston Churchill quipped, “A fanatic is one who can’t change his mind and won’t change the subject.”
The word fanatic is everywhere. Sports fanatics. Video game fanatics. Political fanatics. Religious fanatics. With so many uses for the word, what exactly does it mean?
The Oxford English Dictionary can help. It provides several senses of the word fanatic. None are flattering. But all are consistent with what we know about fanaticism.
Out of the gate, OED tells us that fanatics are frenzied. In fact, they may even be possessed: “Of an action or speech: Such as might result from possession by a deity or demon; frantic, furious. Of a person: Frenzied, mad.” Fanatics behave so crazily, we’re warned, it’s like they’ve been overtaken by a supernatural force.
And it only gets worse.
OED goes on to say that fanatics are not reasonable. Rather, they are “characterized, influenced, or prompted by excessive and mistaken enthusiasm, esp. in religious matters.” OED does add that sometimes fanatics are visionaries, but cautions that in those rare moments when a fanatic is onto something, their excessive enthusiasm overrides their ability to reason.
On the whole, the OED tells us that fanatics are unreasonable extremists plagued by two character flaws. Their views are extreme, and they are unwilling to consider facts that don’t square with their beliefs. These hardly are traits we would like to see in our friends, family, and our community.

Just to say, certain ones at CNN have been making much of the Trump administration's "Christianity" lately.............when things don't go well it is Christianity that will be blamed. Funny how when things were going much better in Christendom and society was so much more blessed than it has been in more recent times, that Christianity never got the credit then.

They killed around 40,000 in the streets, etc. Thirdly, the oil was be used as a blackmail for the world. It may not have effected us too much, but it does the rest of the world. Fourthly, the sanctions on China, Russia were being overcome/bypassed by Iran selling them the oil covertly. These are four main reason to take out the regime of Iran.

I agree with your justification to change the regime. My point is that regime change was not a goal of the US. I believe enemies of the administration want to use that as a basis to call the action a failure.

The leadership has twice been killed. They’re now on their 3rd set of leaders since the war began. Did you see the 9 points from Chris Rudy at Newsmax of how Trump already won the war?
