I went out with my friends today. They have bought a place at the local beach after being away from the area for years. So wonderful to have them back in town.

I made two rules because I was stressing over the chores all the time: no more than 2 or three cleaning priorities a day and do something fun each day. Today I started watching a new romance series. It was fun.
I also did dance cardio for exercise. Had to pause a few times because an excited toddler got in the way.
Im feeling really good these days.

I was blessed to have my closest niece and her fiancé visit me for the last two days and it was so very good to see them after almost a year! We visited the beautiful The Tanger Family Bicentennial Garden in Greensboro, and I took them out for a nice lunch on Friday, and on Thursday we loaded up my Can-Am Ryker into their trailer as I gave it to my niece. Then we went to her uncles, my brothers, so they could see him too. It was his birthday and we had a lovely time.
They are so funny. After they left, I kept finding these cute tiny plastic ducks all over my house...still finding them hidden all over! Lol...I'm so blessed!
Next week my younger sister and her daughter and grand daughter, my great niece, will be stopping over here on their way to Florida! Yes, very blessed!!

My new journal will arrive today. Im excited to get a candle lit journal session in hopefully while the kids nap. I have these gorgeous stickers I can decorate the inside with and photos with glue. I have a journal Playlist too.

Today started out rough because I couldn't do an appointment but then I got to stay home and it's always peaceful here. I did christian dance cardio, journaled, groomed and fed kiddos, took the kiddos on a walk down the neighborhood, did some reading, and just a few chores.
Im just rejecting the stress I lived in for so long that was self-created. Everything will be alright. God is on the throne.

I had my early morning prayer time with the Lord. Then later in the morning I went for a prayer walk, listening to the book of Mark. I am getting prepared for a weekly prayer walk with my PW friend in the not too distant future, so I want to stay fit. I also stopped off at the gym on my way home to get some cross-training, treadmill, and rowing work done before heading home. 
Might take a wee nap. <yawn>
