ABSOLUTELY TRUE

This also is ABSOLUTELY TRUE and you should STOP speaking against these words of the LORD.

Notice: The Hebrew Apostle of the LORD once again counts to THREE in John 17:1-3

100% FALSE and you just lied against the words of the LORD

Isn't that something: you had to stoop so low as to alter my post in order to call me a liar, and not just that, but it was even the scripture quote in my post which you altered.

You are batting ZERO when you falsely accuse.

John 17:3 = Apostle John counted THREE in verse 3

More numerology? No thanks, and now that you've revealed yourself, we're done. Due to the OP's request addressed to you, to start your own thread, I will now leave you to yourself.

Meanwhile, as the world turns … Jesus speaks his Father’s words. How do we know when Jesus is speaking his own words as distinct from when he is speaking the Father’s words?

Now does that help us distinguish Jesus’ own words from the words that are his Father’s?
You are seeking to establish a false premise.

God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
2has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

You are seeking to establish a false premise.

I’m seeking how we can distinguish between the words that are Jesus’ own and words that are not his own when Jesus speaks.

When Jesus says the words that he speaks are not his own do you conclude that none of the words he speaks are his own?

SIMPLE = Find a passage where JESUS speaks His own words.

SIMPLE = Find a passage where JESUS speaks His own words.

So there are times when Jesus speaks his own words and times when Jesus did not speak his own words.

Back to the question: How do we identify those times when he is speaking his own words as distinct from those times when he doesn’t?

“Jesus answered them, ‘Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.’”

(John 2:19, NASB)

Jesus isn’t speaking his own words. Jesus is speaking his own words. How do we decide?

Destroy this temple and in three days I [the Father] will raise it up?

Destroy this temple and in three days I [the Son] will raise it up?

Wrinkle -

Destroy this temple and in three days I [the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit] will raise it up?

i never said that

Back to the question: How do we identify those times when he is speaking his own words as distinct from those times when he doesn’t?

Find where you think JESUS is speaking His own words.

Do you agree with it or disagree with it?

Okay. If you think it, it is so?
John 6:63
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

Do you agree with it or disagree with it?

This is a simple “yes” or “no” question. I would answer it if I knew whether he does or not. (I wouldn’t have asked it if I knew the answer.)

Okay. If you think it, it is so?

This too is a simple “yes” or “no” question. If someone asked me, I would answer “no”. There has to be more to it than that.

That’s right, but how does it answer the questions?
Your need is to discover exactly Who the LORD is.

When you do, then you will begin to understand all that i have been saying = which are the words of the Holy Scriptures

SHALOM and Good Night

I already have.

When you do, then you will begin to understand all that i have been saying = which are the words of the Holy Scriptures

SHALOM and Good Night

You still haven’t answered the two simple “yes” or “no” questions I asked.

Good night.

“For Jesus God was the Father, who is near to men and knows them one by one.”

(E.F. Scott, The Lord’s Prayer, p. 10)

For me God is the Father, who is near to men and knows them one by one.

For me God is the Father, who is near to men and knows them one by one.
When Jesus had spoken these things, He lifted up His eyes to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may glorify You.
For You granted Him authority over all people, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him.
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.
I have glorified You on earth by accomplishing the work You gave Me to do.
And now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world existed.

Without THREE, no one could be Saved.

Without the LORD/SON no one could approach HIS FATHER

Without the RUACH HaKODESH no one would "KNOW" the FATHER and HIS SON, the LORD
