My Dreams, I am sorry your mind has been feeling so disturbed lately. That kind of unrest can wear a person down, and I am glad you reached out instead of carrying it alone.
I am praying right now that the Lord gives you peace of mind, guards you from the power of darkness, and blesses your everyday life, just as you asked. May He settle your thoughts and give you good sleep.
Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
And 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
His peace is a gift, not something you have to earn. If there is a particular worry behind this, feel free to share it, and I will keep praying for you by name.
