Friends i had sold my electric cargo before 4-5 months but day before yesterday i got a message in my mobile number that there is a Challan issued in my electric cargo. I checked this electric cargo is still in my name and it is not transferred in another person's name who purchased my cargo.
You can pray God bless this matter, God bless me with peace , knowledge and wisdom to the agent and one who purchased my electric cargo.
and let the name be transferred soon without problem. Let God protect , bless me and electric cargo from any problem ahead.

My Dreams you might also contact the department which handles vehicle registrations... telling them you sold that vehicle months ago and to whom you sold it. I would also contact the person who bought it and the agent that handled the sale. Tell them they need to register the vehicle in the proper name.

I don't know how it works in India but in the USA if a person doesn't register the vehicle in their name and they get tickets (fines) on your name, you could sue them for the fines and trouble caused.
