That would be a blessing. Being on ssdi for medical reasons and widow's benefits, I can not even afford an apartment. Does anybody know if there are programs that do not have a 5 year or more waiting list. Been homeless for awhile now and they keep droping me from programs because it has been so long.
Sorry to hear that. Are you able to rent a room from someone? If you are actually homeless on the street, sometimes the homeless organizations will help you find to an affordable apartment.
