Cool, did not care for the peanut butter in my hair, or the colored eggs they served for breakfast and we had to subsequently crawl through on the last stage of the initiation. Kissed a fish, looked for flipper in a toilet bowl, someone put tabasco sauce down the back side of my pants, sea water on the face made it difficult to open my eyes, said I was a pollywog on the last part went again.
That's cool! I am loving the Navy right now. They treat me pretty well as long as I carry out the orders I am given. I am a shellback too.
Pax et Bonum. Was a Washingtonian myself before I left for the Marines and then move to Tennessee after my four year active duty for a job offer. Loved the navy, was on the USS Fort Fisher only for a MEUX then a broiler blew and they put us on the USS Rushmore and the USS Peleliu-LHA5. Two West Pacs, I am a shellback, not a pollywog.I love to have friends, but few after getting to know me want to be my friend.
