Jesus asks us to be humble, not a "born again" snob

But you didn't answer my question. One verse says that some people are sent to forever Hell while the other verse says that Jesus IS the savior of ALL people. Both verses can't be correct. Which is correct and which is mistranslated?

Jesus asks us to be humble, not a "born again" snob

Dan, In one verse the KJV says that some people go away into forever punishment. Another KJV verse says that Jesus IS the savior of ALL people. The KJV contradicts ITSELF. So which verse is correct and which verse was mistranslated? Matthew 25:41 King James Bible And these shall go away...

Jesus asks us to be humble, not a "born again" snob

Being "born again" is something that happens to and for us; it's not something we can do to ourselves. Countless well-meaning preachers have asked people to be "born again" by accepting Jesus as their savior. Upon doing so, some then go out and proclaim that they have been "born again".

Yes, Christians tell me that Jesus tortures people without mercy day and night forever and ever in Hell.

Jesus asks us to be humble, not a "born again" snob

Jesus is Lord! I believe in Jesus. I believe that Jesus is the Christ. I believe that Jesus sacrificed himself on the cross to save ALL people. I believe in Jesus's commandments and strive to follow them, especially the commandment to love others. I believe that Jesus was resurrected on the...

Ah! There it is! I'll change it to "other affiliation" so as not to continue to defile true Christians with my presence in the "Christian only" sub-forums.

That never happened for me. I'm obviously NOT born again. Ok, how can I change my classification to something besides "Christian"?

Ladies, can you talk about what it means and doesn’t mean to be a Christian wife?

Nope. He went off-topic in his dissertations and I didn't bother reading further.

So every preacher of a denomination is misguided and in it for the money? They are deceived but YOU have it all figured out and perfectly walk the narrow path. The self-righteous Christian strikes again!

Ladies, can you talk about what it means and doesn’t mean to be a Christian wife?

Well the goodwill ambassador says that the only Christians are "born again" or else they're not actually Christian and now here we are.

Why don't you respond with more Koine Greek to further demonstrate your intellectual superiority along with your spiritual superiority?

Ladies, can you talk about what it means and doesn’t mean to be a Christian wife?

Funny coming from the guy who preaches that Jesus tortures souls forever in Hell. Yea, you're "born again" alright!

Ladies, can you talk about what it means and doesn’t mean to be a Christian wife?

Pearl and others say one isn't a Christian unless they're "born again". According to them, one is either a heathen or they are a "born again", REAL Christian; there is no in-between.

I don't know if I have been born again. Since I am unsure, can I change my affiliation from "Christian" to "unsure" or something else? I am not worthy to be in the presence of all of these righteous, TRUE, Christians!
