Has "Christian Forums" become a Catholic site?

They are cultists. They reject the scriptures in favor of the Pope and the Catechism. This is my opinion and the reader is always free to reject an opinion.

The Catholic Church is an organization that is of the world and most of its followers are cultists.

Has "Christian Forums" become a Catholic site?

Asking questions and issuing replies that failed to cast the Holy See in the most favorable light possible.

Has "Christian Forums" become a Catholic site?

I get the impression that it has. They are very defensive about questioning Catholic doctrine.

    Can a tare become saved?

God told us here that through Christ he is uniting ALL things in him. How is God uniting all things in him if some of his creation is being tortured forever in Hell? Ephesians 1:7-10 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his...

The Bible Is Built on the Rock of Mathematics

Thanks Bill. I will say that, in my experience, trying to persuade atheists that God exists is extremely difficult. I believe that is due to spiritual blindness. It's sort of like showing a color chart to a blind person and asking them to identify a color. They simply cannot do it. Let's...

The Bible Is Built on the Rock of Mathematics

Thanks for sharing. I think that what you're sharing will need to be greatly simplified for regular folks to make sense of it.

    Can a tare become saved?

The most popular view among Christian Infernalists is that those who die without having faithfully followed Jesus will be tortured by Jesus forever and ever. I'm in the minority of Christ followers that believe that Jesus can and will save ALL in order to reconcile "all things" back to our...

    Attending group Bible studies

Doctrinal discussions almost always result in hard feelings, but I am nonetheless glad that we can have them. In polite company I believe it's best to stick to "Love Jesus, obey his commandments, and love one another". My impression is that most people don't care all that much about...

    Attending group Bible studies

Can you imagine all of us getting together for a Bible study? In 5 minutes it would be a massive argument. Do any of you participate or lead them? Is there a way to lead it so that it doesn't devolve into a doctrinal debate? Have you had positive or negative experiences with them?

    Islamic community NOT allowed!

It's insane to bring Muslims into western societies. And before anyone spews claims of bigotry remember this - there aren't any Muslims in Heaven.

    Rich preachers

    Is there a well-known preacher that isn't a millionaire?

What are some of the reasons people don’t like going to church buildings or institutionalized churches?

It was a suggestion, not a commandment. Paul was encouraging them, not commanding them.

What are some of the reasons people don’t like going to church buildings or institutionalized churches?

John, there is no expectation or requirement to attend a church. Our only "work" is to believe in Jesus, according to Jesus. John 6:29 Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”

What are some of the reasons people don’t like going to church buildings or institutionalized churches?

There are probably some quality churches that avoid all of the dogma and focus on the basics that all Christians can agree upon, such as following Jesus through our choices and not just our words.

What are some of the reasons people don’t like going to church buildings or institutionalized churches?

Many churches are businesses posing as churches. I also dislike listening to preachers spewing false doctrines such as the one about Jesus running a forever torture chamber. There's no commandment to attend a church although Paul encouraged members of his fledgling churches to get together...
