I wasn't saying everyone who identifies as a Christian and reads the bible doesn't have a relationship with the Spirit of Christ, but many don't. Many won't talk to Him let along worship Him Who is God, the Holy Ghost.

That's good for you my friend. But for me the way I've been prepared for serving in and outside the church is through a relationship with the Holy Spirit. I have not read the bible, as in studying it, for years. My personal relationship with Christ and Father has definitely grown over this time.
