The end of the world, as taught by Christ, separates the wicked from the just at the harvest, and it is coming for you.

When we carefully consider what the parable was talking about there are no issues. Problems only arise when we try to make the parable about ourselves or the church age.

Right and once we see that there was a harvest in 70AD we get more scriptures that agree with each other. Well, I agree, but the closer an interpretation is to the facts of a parable the more accurate it becomes.

So pre mills actually think when they come down to this earth after a rapture, their stuff left behind will still be there?

John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

No, the world is referring to the location where this parable takes place. Satan drew a third of the stars from heaven. We know this parable is not referring to Revelation 12. Right, Matthew 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation...

Matthew 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. Satan sowing through out time doesn’t fit the parable, he went his way after sowing the tares.

So pre mills actually think when they come down to this earth after a rapture, their stuff left behind will still be there?

We are told the specific reason that He had not yet ascended to the Father. That was the reason Mary wasn’t allowed to touch Him. After Jesus ascended to the father, which took place just after He arose, people were allowed to physically touch and to cling to Him. Because He had to be...

In Matthew 13:24 the man sows good seed in His field and in Matthew 13:37 the word “sowing” <4687> is a present tense verb, so we know the Son of man was sowing when He spoke those words. The tares were sown back before Jesus died on the cross, right?

You are clearly speculating on Mary’s plight if she would’ve clung to Jesus.

And that’s why I don’t take you seriously. You are relying on complete speculation that Mary would somehow be devastated if she touched Jesus.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Since the angels gather out of the kingdom all that offend and do iniquity, how did the tares get into the kingdom of God in the first place? Did...

Here’s what you said in post #103 … “What John 20:17 means is not that Mary literally couldn't touch Him. No, the reason He said that is that He didn't want her to cling to Him because He was not going to be staying around much longer. She had to start accepting that He was going to be leaving...

My sins will not be remembered, I’m a believer and Jesus payed the full price for all my sins, He didn’t make a partial payment. Romans 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds: 7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality...

Can’t be, in Luke 24:29 they constrained Him, which is a much stronger effort than “touch”. Luke 24:28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the...

I didn’t say sins don’t currently affect us or our relationship with God. If I rob a bank I’m forgiven because I’m a Christian but I’m going to have to be put in prison for that crime and that crime will have an effect on my testimony for Jesus. That crime could cost me some of my reward because...

In John 20:17 Jesus tells Mary not to touch Him because He had not yet ascended to the Father. In John 20:27 Jesus tells Thomas to thrust his hand into His side. Jesus had to have ascended to the Father and came back else Thomas wouldn’t have been allowed to touch Him.

Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for...

On judgment day, Christians can’t be judged on their sins because they have been forgiven. They are given reward for the amount of righteous effort they put forth but I don’t think those who committed the least amount of sins are given the greatest rewards.

The virgins weren’t literal virgins and the minas weren’t literal minas. At least you agree on when Jesus received the kingdom. Do you agree that Jesus came back to earth after receiving the kingdom, prior to His Acts 1:9 ascension?
