Your answer lies always with God. You cannot free yourself from sin or from the temptations that lead you to sin. Ask God to help you to do what is needed. If you seem to receive no answer, ask Him again and keep on asking for Him to lead you according to His will.

I have read, I believe, all of his OPS because at times he has asked some interesting and pertinent questions. Only a few I did not like or they did not interest me and I read no further. While I do disagree with him on points, I am unable to come to your conclusion.

What has your discernment found? That @St. SteVen is not a follower of Christ because he asks questions? Has he denied what for you are some essential Christian beliefs? Perhaps what is essential to him is not essential to you.

Yes, I recall that they do not. In my early experience I also was taught not to believe in the trinity. While I now understand better why people do believe it, I personally remain unconvinced...but this is a subject which we cannot discuss on this forum.
