There are mental illnesses that make one more likely to commit crimes and be imprisoned. Such as antisocial personality disorder, which nearly half of male prisoners have, and a quarter of female prisoners.

I figured out how to lucid dream and used it to overcome nightmares when I was a boy. Never had an issue with sleep paralysis. Lucid dreaming is not really necessary for me anymore, and I usually just go with the dream. Since experiencing dreams from the Lord none other is worthy to dread.
