Absolutely does. The reason being is that God's Spirit will remind us of the things Jesus had already said when He was on earth. Small fractions of this is found in the bibles. As John concluded, this is the disciple who testifies to these things and who wrote them down. We know that his...

I was just clarifying if you were adding to Paul's words. It could make a huge difference. The words spoken by Paul compared to his words/thoughts written down. What he taught in person could've been hundreds of hours, maybe more. What he wrote down, maybe tens of hours. Obviously the...

Impression or discern by the Spirit? Was Jesus a Co Creator with His Father? Who was there when the act of creation occurred? Just Jesus or was His Father present too? The Spirit revealed to John the existence of the lake of fire. Actually this was not in a number of the bibles. Can you be...

Again, I lived in my biblical canon box for decades but when the Spirit revealed truth beyond this box, I now know from experience that there is so much more of my God to know and experience outside these man-made parameters. 88 books are an extremly limited source of Truth about our Creators.

I'm not in a place to say what God wants you or me to know. I just receive what He gives to me through His Spirit. No llimited categories like the one you mentioned, all we need to know to enter the Kingdom of God. I don't know why you want to limit yourself from receiving God's revelation...

The great thing is that I have absolulute freedom to go to the bibles and to go way beyond each and every one of them. Those guided by the Spirit God sent to us are His children. I love God's words, whenever and wherever they are. The Spirit of Truth has the absolute freedom to guide me into...

What a great privilege to be chosen to be God's ambassadors. To represent Him from the time we were born again and adopted into the Divine Family of God. To be made worthy of being a representative of our new Family. What a joy to be a part of such a wonderful family hey, with Jesus as our...

Jack, you won't answer the question. As the 'bible' is so important to you, why won't you answer the question, which bible are you refering to, as there are many. And they aren't all the same. They contain different content.

I don't know if Satan hates the bibles but he was more than happy to use the scriptures.

Who said the written word of God is powerful? Paul wrote theses words, For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the...

Why does the bibles need defending in the first place? Where in any of the bibles does anyone say that the bibles needs defending? I don't recall that instruction or command.

And which bible is that? The original KJV with its 80 books? It's shortened version of 66 books. Or the 73 book Catholic bible. Or the Ethiopian bible with its 88 books? Which of these bibles are you defending? Which one in particular Jack? Maybe all of them?

I though it was about God , His Son Jesus the Christ and Their Spirit Who They sent to live in us. We are to glorify Them in and outside of this forum. That They work in us to will and do of Their good pleasure. Three of Them in unity, as one.

Within the bibles God's expressed thoughts are documented. Agreed. But obviously not all. I think everyone would agree with that. Is God free to choose to reveal or express any of His thoughts to mankind? More than is found in the bibles? I guess some people have foolishly thought and taught...

Just a question to clarify the much used term in Christian circles. The inspired word. What does inspired mean? Who or what is doing the inspiring. Who or what is being inspired. One dictionary definition- fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do...

How well do you know the origin and history of the biblical canons? Can you teach us about these. Maybe you could restore people's confidence in one or more of them.
