From start to finish the Bible deals with Man versus God in a conflict of wills. Satan tempts Man to oppose God's Will, and God tests Man to see if we will remain faithful to Him, which should be our desire, as expressed when the Lord's Prayer is prayed in earnest.

But it is true that we were made sinners because of Adam's disobedience. There is a symmetry of cause and effect in play as this verse explains: Rom 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of One shall many be made righteous.
