Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Reading the scriptures and getting revelation from the Holy Spirit is far different than any of these videos. Maybe you actually over focus and get far different answers than we do. I notice this is your vast study habits, going deep into the definitions of old words and finally finding...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

101G, We can all make a case for our beliefs using only bible scriptures. We can all confirm our beliefs by the Holy Spirit. So what do we do now?

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

I know you have tried in the past to explain "what happened to the "US" and the "OUR" in Genesis 1:26, but it did not work. It was your opinion that there was simply no us or our because of Genesis 1:27. Not a good analysis. Will you tell us what happened to the us, and the our in Genesis 1:26?

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Elohim refers to not just 1 separate and distinct person, but 2 or more separate and distinct persons that are present at all times, not some equally shared person to come. In the present tense, how do you even equate a person that is "to come", supposedly in the future?

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Sorry, again, in plain English tell us who the 'us and the 'our' are in Genesis 1:26? God the First Ordinal is one of them. Who is the other(s)? If you say the others are to come in the future, then they could not be present in Genesis 1:26 and God would never have used the terms, let 'us'...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

101G says: Now I understand perfectly what happened to the 'US' and the 'OUR' in Genesis 1:26. Thank you. Your answer: IT IS NO 'US' NOR ANY 'OUR' at Genesis 1:26. ONLY ONE PERSONS IS PRESENT. IOW you only say there is none, but the scripture says differently. You cannot say: since we...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Seriously 101G, in this post, you are so full of delight that you think you have kcnalp cornered. These discusssions are supposed to be for our good and for our knowledge. Both kcnalp and I can be pretty straight forward and not too nice, but this post is over the top nasty. You say that you...

Did God create Adam AFTER the first week of Creation?

Most Christians believe if bible uses the word 'created' it means God spoke, and out of nothing, came something. But if the bible uses the word 'formed' or 'made' it is different. It is like God took something that existed, and formed or made something else. So what do you say about this...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

You realize you have lifted up the white flag of surrender, right. If all you can respond with is pitiful, just pitful, you have lost the discussion.

JESUS, the Holy Spirit, the Only True God.

Simmer down 101G. Of course it was not natural flesh and blood, I never, ever said that. ws So you say it was resurrected and changed flesh and bone? Yes, you are getting close. You forgot the spirit. Jesus's make up at the time he visited his apostles after his resurrection was resurrected...

JESUS, the Holy Spirit, the Only True God.

Answer this question, when the Lord Jesus Christ visited his apostles, after he was raised from the dead, did he visit them with a body of flesh and bones and spirit, or did he visit them as just a spirit? Please answer.

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Do you know what beginnng means. Certainly we do. The beginning is the first. Jesus is the first in many, many ways. One of those ways is that is the first to be resurrected. Yes, you are right. He was also the first to be with God, he was the first of all the creatures of God, as Paul and...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

You quoted an interesting scripture - Colossians 1:16. But Colossians 1:15 gave you an interesting description of Jesus. Colossians 1:15-16 King James Version (KJV) 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

We believe that your Ordinal First is God the Father, not Jesus. A whole different person than Jesus. I could give you a hundred scripture to prove my point, but i have already done that so I will not do it again. Next to your Ordinal First is your Ordinal Last, who is Jesus, (who also is...

JESUS, the Holy Spirit, the Only True God.

I can tell you what I believe. I believe that the Lord that appeared too Abraham God the Father, because I believe that God the Father has a body of flesh and bone and spirit. This Lord that appeared to Abraham was able to eat and drink with Abraham, which a spirit cannot do. Therefore this...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

Jesus Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God and the Word of God, and the Son of God. Always remember that there is one God the Father OF whom are all things, and one Lord Jesus Christ, BY whom are all things. The Lord Jesus Christ was given the power and authority and the wisdom of...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

We don't argue that Jesus was in charge of the creation. One God the Father, OF whom are all things, One Lord Jesus Christ BY whom are all things. God the Father is the developer, Jesus is the general contractor. But you say, who actually created all things. The answer is both, but the Lord...

JESUS, the Holy Spirit, the Only True God.

"appeared" is not the question. The question is what kind of a body did they appear in? You cannot tell me and I have no evidence to complete a full argument. However, if a grave suddenly opened in front of me and the body I saw was not corrupted with worms and maggots etc., then I would...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

I have gone over this many times. There were at least 2 present at the creation, but only Jesus did the actual creation. Like 1 Corinthians 8:6 says, God made everything through Jesus, his Son. Now you can pooh, pooh this scripture if you wish and try to override it with another scripture...

Genesis 1:26 Revisited, the Ordinal “FIRST”

You are the only person I have ever talked with that use these 2 NONBIBLICAL terms, "ordinal First" and the Orinal Last. Never heard it before. Not in bible, so nobody uses these terms. So change your terms into biblical terms and maybe we will understand you better.
