    Blood washed question

Yes, you were very clear regarding Dave's protection, And how you used the blood prayer or phrase. Thank you. :) So you would be on guard with my pagan neighbor lady, a landscaper, because she is into (I think) Nature spirits, little fairies in the garden, doing Moon -Goddess earth ceremonies...

Have you ever been challenged to, say, call for a healing?

Well, seems to me Jesus, God's exact rep...that also did nothing except what the Father willed, saw to it not one person far or near, singular or in a crowd was not healed. What "need to always be first" are you referring to? Seems to me God considers healing as a top wish.

    Blood washed question

Did I follow the storyline? :D Yes, dear.

By Strength or by the Spirit?

Um, what circumstances require trust in the Lord? Praying for someone in person the moment I'm asked to ''do a healing*''... getting a cold call from the bedside of a Wiccan /pagan or immediatly to a dying person in a coma being kept alive by machines breathing her, pumping her heart, in the...

Have you ever been challenged to, say, call for a healing?

As Christians...has an atheist or just anyone ever challenged you to, "Well, heal somebody then, you're a Christian, right?" Would you? Or say if you were pleasantly asked to pray for someone for a healing, would you? Have you? If you haven't stepped up to bat, why not? Thanks in advance for...

    Blood washed question

The Eternal Infinite Love of our Father God, Creator of the visible and invisible everywhere, within all? Gee, I dunno...:D.... That never had any need of sacrificing anything...I know, sounds pagan or heretical. My neighbor's a pagan....take out 'Father' and that's her.

Did you just use an occasional paragraph? NO! :D

    Blood washed question

My Jewish friends all have that metal box holding a symbolic Torah inside at the front door jam. Ok, to all who say 'in the blood' in a sentence ...do you imagine actual blood on you or your heart? Or is it symbolic? What are we 'justified in'...could you explain that? A sentence I...

    The Holy Spirit ?

    On the Blood thread...first part...was a block of words...all together bunched...no spaces.

    The Holy Spirit ?

So this is what someone said about why a dove (I mean come on..off all things on earth ...why a dove?). He explained the nature of a dove...how sensiive and skittish it is...any slight disturbance...it flies away. My addition to this would be picture a NYC apartment on a high floor with a big...

    Blood washed question

I didn't ask for scripture to not be posted..I asked in answering the question not to use a verse to answer ...why? Because I wanted to know what a person personally felt, why did they say those words in a sentence, " washed in the blood"...lm repeating myself here...what did it mean "to you"...
  16. Miss Hepburn

    The Holy Spirit ?

Wow..you came up with that yourself? I had never thought about it until I read something on someone else's take in a book. I will post that later, gotta run....what do the letters mean, btw you always write first, please? I got Lord Jesus Christ, ha...

Slow area of the forum! Let's testify!

Ok, a little testimony...I have too many to write...so I could just say, in Jan 2006 after I bought my first Bible...Catholics weren't brought up to really have one!!! I dropped the book in my lap, 'struck', mouth dropped...hahaha I laugh now...:D And I actually said, "There's a theme here!"...

    Blood washed question

Why was there no wine? Or why did I receive communion at all or so often? I was into all Catholic teachings, it was a Sacrament...not offered anywhere else at that time...now Protestant Services offer wine and sometimes a bit of bread..some just on a Holiday. I was a follower, not a questioner...

    Blood washed question

Now that is a good question,too...back atcha. And here I am I never gave it much thought!!!! And I was a devote devote Catholic...receiving communion every day there was a mass for years. [no wine back then] I read again an atheist call Christians cannibals...so I got a glimpse of how others...

    Blood washed question

Oh so you do say it...like, I'm so happy I'm washed in the blood. And when you do, you feel reverence. Thanks. ☺ That tells me 'something'....it doesn't mean I get why people say it...Blood is bloody...I don't really get why a person can't think it, feel it, feel blessed by it....but rather says...
