How the New Word Translation Contradicts Itself: The Word was a god

Not so. Look at the interlinear. It DOESN'T say "a god" but rather God was the word. 2316 [e] Theos Θεὸς God N-NMS 1510 [e] ēn ἦν was V-IIA-3S 3588 [e] ho ὁ the Art-NMS 3056 [e] Logos Λόγος . Word

    The One Baptism

It ain't there just like infant baptism ain't, or pouring water in lieu of baptizing, or baptism prior to belief and after the fact confirmation. None of this is scriptural and in fact is contrary to scripture.

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

Two scriptures to consider. That of Lazarus and the rich man, and the thief on the cross. Luke 16:19-31 and Luke 23:43

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

This has already been covered. Paradise is the 3rd heaven. Also, for your clarification, the spirit is not the soul as they can be divided.

    The One Baptism

The practice of confirmation may be well attested to but that doesn't make it any more right or scriptural. It's neither and equates to adding to the word of God. Do it practice it believe it, doesn't matter, it's plain man made-up nonsense, wrong, and contrary to scripture.

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

All your words won't change the simple words of the scriptures. You are assuming and speculating. You know as much about thus topic as I do or anyone else because there is very little information on it. Scripture doesn't contradict scripture nor conflict with it either. And it's not implied by...

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

Paradise and the 3rd Heaven appear to be one in the same, as they are referred to interchangeably in the aforementioned scripture. There is no scripture saying paradise was moved by Christ; that too is a made-up story. And I'm not proposing anything; just simply citing the scriptures and reading...

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

You're not quite right. We also know from scripture that Jesus Saud he'd be in paradise that very day that he made the promise to the thief on the cross and we also know that paradise is a specific place also the third heaven. Luke 24:43 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee...

I’m Not Going To Hell; How About You? = John 14;6, John 14;10-14

The thief on the cross was promised to be in paradise by the Lord which is the 3rd Heaven and not hades or sheol.

    The One Baptism

Your analysis/logic is somewhat incorrect. There is no such thing as confirmation nor confirmation after the fact of infants who had water poured on them as a form of baptism prior to their belief, and their subsequent belief being supposedly then confirmed. It's unscriptural. First of all...

Salvation in the Last Days: Working Your Way to Heaven?

You make no sense and are inconsistent with scripture. Go study them. Goodbye

Salvation in the Last Days: Working Your Way to Heaven?

Also, no action or obedience by a believer = no Salvation. Salvation is not automatically applied to everyone without the believer's response to the gospel. Jesus for sure died on the Cross making Salvation possible but not automatic and not to everyone, and only to those that believe, have...

Salvation in the Last Days: Working Your Way to Heaven?

Salvation isn't Jesus on the cross but is available through Jesus, by his death on the cross is it made possible.

if a soul is a fusion between body and spirit... and that fusion dies.... whats left ?

Your initial premise may be a bit off. The two come together to form something else; you become a living soul, a third thing. First of all, what is the soul? Some equate it with the spirit, but that's not correct. Some think that God gives you a soul which is also not correct. See below repost...

GOD’S Acceptance Is Not About You Or What You Must Do. It Has Always Been About What JESUS Has done For You = Matthew 26;1-2

You are way off the mark. The gospel is the good news that saves. After hearing the gospel abd only after can you then take action to obey it. The great commission will confirm that without going into any more detail than that Mark 16:15-16 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world...

Be Not Afraid, Only Believe = Mark 5:36, Mark 6;50, John 6;20

Except belief alone is not enough to save your soul.

GOD’S Acceptance Is Not About You Or What You Must Do. It Has Always Been About What JESUS Has done For You = Matthew 26;1-2

Are you inferring that no one has to do anything at all to he saved? If so, you are very wrong. We too have a few things that are required of us to achieve salvation. We must obey the gospel which places some burden on us as well.
