    The Gospel of Reconciliation

I know you don't. I am not asking why I should believe you. I am asking why anyone should believe you. You are the one hollering all the time about someone else simply giving an opinion without any scriptural support. What is your scriptural support that you have been born again. What in...

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

Why should anyone believe you have been born again? It is simply your opinion.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

Clearly, you show no intellectual ability whatsoever in anything you post.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

I certainly haven't seen any evidence of faith from you. You spout it a lot, You are describing yourself.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

God's word is not logical fallacy as is yours.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

I did support it biblically, but youe ability to understand is terribly limited. The sacrifice does not save. It propitiates the one who saves. Look up the definition and meaning of the words sacrifice and propitiate. That might, I say might, help you to understand.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

So then according to you, you can't believe without the Spirit, but demons believe, so that must mean that demons have the Spirit. Truly ridiculous. I think, as so often is the case, your logic is faulty.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

You lie. I have never said that Jesus didn't need to die. I didn't say anything about his death not reconciling anything. You lie. I may be confused. But not nearly so confused as you.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

The question is not if Jesus suffered and died but why. That He did is clearly known to all who believe. But why is the question.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

Yes, most of us are aware of that chapter in 2 Corinthians. But what does that have to do with the subject at hand or any post that has appeared here? Also, what is the purpose of the Roman reference in parentheses when the actual passage posted is 2 Corinthians 5?

Am I the only one on the planet who understands Romans 7?

You guys and your "sin nature". That term or phrase is not found in scripture. It is jargon constructed to make it seem like the theology that you are promoting is correct, when in fact it is not.

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die?

Yes, Jesus is God. But His death is not what saves. The death, the sacrifice, is not the agency that saves. It is God that saves. The sacrifice is a propitiation to God who then is propitiated, placated, appeased, satisfied. On being propitiated, God forgives sin and accepts the sacrifice as...

Am I the only one on the planet who understands Romans 7?

If that is true, then nearly the whole of the NT is superfluous, since so much of it is the appeal to the saints to not sin and to obey the gospel. We have not become a brand new species, Our spirit is not totally new. Rather, our spirit is born again; it is regenerated; it is renewed to the...

    Interpretation based upon Systematic Theology

Yes, it is a work. It is something we do. But it is not a work of law. There are many things that are works but not works of the law. Believing is but one of those works. Romans 10:10 says "with the mouth one confesses and is saved". So clearly confessing is something one does; it is a work...

Am I the only one on the planet who understands Romans 7?

If that is your take on Romans 7, then you have missed the whole point of Paul's teaching. The entire passage of Romans 6:1-8:39 Is a declaration that the all-sufficiency of grace gives victory over sin, something the law could not do. Even so, the victory through grace does not mean that the...

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

Or more likely, a hardness of heart.

Am I the only one on the planet who understands Romans 7?

That is not so much about Israel and the law. It is more about himself and the law. It is very much his own personal experience and what the law means to the individual. Verses 8&9 specifically deal with his introduction to the law and his own sin once he became aware of the law and its...

Born Again or Christian? Is there a difference and what is your biblical support ?

Yes, you are probably right. And so I will. I am done with this one.

Born Again or Christian? Is there a difference and what is your biblical support ?

There is indeed a very childish game going on. You are the one playing it, pretending to have received a supernatural spiritual gift of divinely inspired revelation from God.

Born Again or Christian? Is there a difference and what is your biblical support ?

And you gave you testimony as a ?? year old. None of that was biblical, none of it. You think your testimony is biblical but Eternally Grateful's is not? Just more egotism and narcissism. And by the way, who is getting personal now with that rant against him?
